Zhongjie Central Hotel (Shenyang Zhongjie & Forbidden City Joy City Location)

The front desk staff of the hotel has a very good attitude and the room is very cleaCheck-in at the front desk on the 26th floor.It's a five-minute walk downstairs from Zhongjie.There is a free parking lot downstairs, and the front desk staff helps to store the luggage for free. It's great, and there is afternoon tea from 1: 00 to 3: 00.

Central hotel that’s near to central boulevard, heart of the city, making it convenient for all sorts of activities and sights. Hotel lobby is located at level 26 with rooms located from level 20-25. Shared amongst other hotels that’s located in the same building.

The room was nice however overall this hotel was below our expectations in a few ways, given the price paid. 1) The check in process took 15 minutes and was quite frustrating with repeated questions. We are foreigners (but speak Chinese), so our passports had to be registered, however the steps could have all been done by taking a photo of our passport rather than us standing there after a long journey. It would also be better if they could have just asked us to sit down to wait, or told us approximately how long this process would take. 2) There are only two slow lifts servicing the entire building, with the amenities and reception floor on level 26, which is on a separate floor to all of the guest rooms. During peak times we waited a long time for lifts. 3) There are not enough laundry machines (only 2 washers and dryers) and we had to wait every time. 4) The gym is too basic. No weights, mats or aircon. 5) the daily housekeeping is not comprehensive. We were out of tissue paper for 4 out of the 5 days we stayed, and the rubbish was not always cleared.

Check-in is very fast, and there is a free parking lot. It's convenient to stop at all the scenic spots. Well, it's close to all the scenic spots, and it's only a 15-20-minute walk away. It's near the Forbidden City University Town in Zhongjie, and the breakfast content is very rich, which is more in line with my taste. There is also free afternoon tea to eat, clothes to try on and photos to look good, and the high-altitude lobby on the 26th floor.It is also very atmospheric, and it is more convenient to travel, and the room is very comfortable.

Hotel located near ZhongJie main Stree. Many food eateries. Distance to Metro about 5-8mins walk. EXIT A. Hotel combine with another hotel name Hotel X, but the reception for this hotel located at level 26. Room is rather small and narrow, 2 medium size luggage open up not much space to walk, other than that ok. Walking distance to 故宫. Overall stay was good.
