Her dedication and efficiency make a significant impact on the overall customer experience.

The room is very cozy, I feel the soundproofing is quite good, comfortable and quiet, the hotel is very new, and I feel the location is also very good, very close to the Color TV Tower Night Market, a 10-minute walk, a taxi to the West Tower, and Middle Street is not far away. There is free ice cream at the front desk, and there is also a smart robot to deliver food. The service staff are also very gentle. There are also some simple entertainment equipment in the lobby, such as backgammon checkers, etc. There is also a small gym. Although I didn't go there, I saw it😀😀😀😀It's also very close to Chaoyang Station. I am very satisfied with this choice for this trip. I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel. I came to apply for a visa, and they had the friendliest of staff. I asked them to help my fetch my passport at the bank because I don’t have an ID, and they arranged for someone to go with me. I would definitely recommend the hotel and I would also definitely stay here again if I have to come back to Shenyang.

Then I wanted to check the noise level of the room first, so they patiently took me to see the dirty room first, and then helped me choose a room and reserved it for a while, and told me that I could check in after walking back. When I came back from walking at night to check in and get the room card, the young man I met had limited patience and a bad attitude. First, he didn't give me the room I had reserved before, and then when I asked him why it wasn't that room, his attitude was very bad, and he said impatiently that there were no other rooms, and you booked this room. Or the young lady next to me at noon came over and said that she had reserved 3332 for you, and then the young man helped me change the room card. When I was about to use the bedding, I found hair on it. It was very late, but the night receptionist was very proactive in helping me solve the problem. She also helped me upgrade to a nearby room type. However, I only changed the bedding and declined the upgrade (because I liked the view of this room very much). But I still thank the lady for going up and down several times to help me solve the problem. I missed the late night porridge and forgot to ask for it.

As always, the environment is good, and the check-in time is relatively late, but Wendou service at the front desk is very good, very efficient, and helped to solve the problem in time, lent me a charger, the whole process was very fast, and hot water was delivered when I left.
