We had a lovely stay at Sea Cliff Hotel for May 1st break. This is what I liked: - buying ship ticket for May holiday was mission impossible, starting with Tickets App not accepting foreign passports. Hotel helped me with arranging the tickets both ways, even after there were no tickets online (sold out in 20 min) - they arranged a pick us up on arrival and brought us back to the pier on departure - hotel has an excellent sea view location, very silent and sea centric rooms, same for restaurant - everything is modern, I specifically liked ability to share Apple screens on TV in the room, great way to review photos and watch own movies in the evening - good breakfast 8 to 9AM, you can come 8:45 and enjoy a late breakfast as well; we also had late lunch in hotel restaurant on arrival, great food, great to seat outside, flexible working hours (not closed 14-17!), actually I liked their meals more than what we had on the main beach top restaurant, finally reception can brew you a coffee though bit hot - there is 20 min walk from the hotel for a great bay and coffee place to watch sunset, excellent experience and no need to wake up early - hotel was always online on WeChat to address any issues or questions, including how to organize a day, fantastic services! - hotel has own beach area, looks like good to swim, I will consider for summer, water is clean on the island, and this is just couple of hours from Shanghai - small drawback: fishing boats pass by from early morning, this may disturb your morning sleep ;) - other thing the bed is a bit too hard for my back, but where did you see soft beds in China? Overall: highly recommended!

The most cost-effective homestay on the island. The location is excellent. It is only 5 minutes away from Dawang Beach. There is a town next to it. You can walk to the night market. The facilities in the homestay are complete and hygienic. The shower water flow is very large and fine, very comfortable, and you can see the sea view. The homestay also has a balcony. You can fly drones during the day and watch the stars at night. The boss and the boss lady are very nice, simple and kind. The home-cooked dishes cooked by the boss lady are also very delicious. We ate lunch and dinner in the homestay. The price is really affordable and the most important thing is that it is delicious and hygienic. The homemade chili sauce is very fragrant and delicious. The room lighting is very good, the shower is very comfortable, the water temperature can be controlled and can be adjusted according to your needs; the pillows are one soft and one hard, the duvet is thick and a little hot when covered, the hotel is in a good location, very close to the beach, and it takes about 10 minutes to drive from the pier. It only takes 10 minutes to walk to the vegetable market to buy seafood. The aunt that the boss asked to do the cooking is not bad. The boss here is also very good. He helped us book tickets early in the morning and in the dark. The recommended attractions are very solid. In short, everything is very cost-effective and will not step on thunder. 我們一家三口帶着2歲大的孩子入住嵊泗唯一一家全季酒店，10月27日入住，29日退房。 客房房間清掃乾淨，房間明亮，硬件設施和江浙滬周邊城市的全季酒店保持一致，但酒店不設定無煙房或者無煙樓層，導致無論如何開窗通風，總還是會有煙味。這是扣分點。 客房人員看到我們房內有奶粉和自帶恆温電熱水壺，也給我們多備了些礦泉水。這是個加分點。 在嵊泗的幾天，一切都是非常的愉快和舒心，直到在最後一天的退房，前台人員的行為讓我感到不適，不解，更多的是氣憤。 29日早，我計劃好了上午的行程。沙灘，車輛充電，午餐，農貿市場的採購，我估算着大約會在下午1點30左右回到酒店退房，然後直接開車直奔擺渡回程。 我們下樓到了前台並告知了前台人員我們會延遲退房，對方點頭回應知曉。之後在10點39分，前台打我電話，詢問我是否已退房，我表示我是延遲退房，前台表示誤解了我的意思，以為我已經退房，於是我再次表達了我是延遲退房，對方知曉，誤會消除。 再後來我們回到了酒店附近的一家餐廳正打算開始午餐，12點37分前台另外一人打來電話，告訴我們退房時間是12點，現在已經超過了12點，要去我們立刻回酒店退房，並且告知我們如果1點前不退房，系統會自動收取房費。我電話回覆這位前台人員並説明我們剛開始吃飯，何況在我們出門前已經告知了延遲退房，且在第一次電話中也重複了延遲退房，兩次對話中前台並未告知我們最晚退房的時間。 在我多次表明我們的現狀後，這位前台人員完全不顧我們帶着2歲大的孩子行動有所不便，也不顧及我們才剛開始吃飯的情況，更無視通話時距離1點衹有10多分鐘時間，衹是不斷強調 房費！房費！ 房費！ 在我還沒説完話，就直接掛了電話！ 對於上述，我有幾點疑問： 1 是系統會自動產生費用，你衹是好心提醒客人；還是你以系統會自動產生費用為由，以為客人不懂，製造訊息差，迫使客人立刻退房，常年以此為伎倆，屢試不爽？ 2 酒店行業有句話，不知帶你入行的人有沒有教過你：”沒有任何一個SOP可以涵蓋所有的情況發生“，前台作為酒店最核心的一線崗位，遇到特殊情況，就是你體現出你的價值的時候， 而今天，你的價值則是：假借系統自動扣費為要挾，不斷重複着，催促着一個帶着2歲孩子，拖家帶口的家庭，10多分鐘內，閃現回酒店，整理好行李分秒不差地退房，積極陪你的工作，不得有誤。 3 此時正值嵊泗的淡季，這也是我們想着延遲1-2個小時退房應該也不會影響酒店的生意。對於酒店方，淡季也是最好的提升客服質量的時間。這麼好的時間點，服務你不做，趕客你最來勁。 4 嵊泗島雖小，但嵊泗全季酒店接待的是全國的遊客。當地沿着海岸線壯觀的繞山公路，換新的客運站當地ZF花了那麼多錢修這些硬件設施，無不是為了更好的向全國展現嵊泗的魅力，而酒店作為繞不開的軟件服務，請別拖後腿。 此次嵊泗之旅，有各種海鮮的美味，也有海天一線的美景。而嵊泗全季酒店的趕客行為也成了我們此次旅行唯一的敗筆。 前台王女士，以上就是你的問題，希望你進步！
