Ulasan Novotel Sheffield Centre

We came to Sheffield to visit family. Our experience at the hotel was good. Staff were great and facilities advertised were functional. The cleaner who got our room ready was very good and approachable. She help us with the sofa bed and extra cover when requested. The bed was very comfortable. We had a good experience at this hotel and I'll use them again.

The hotel looked like it hadn’t been decorated since the 70s. The bath leaked the shower base had a crack in it and there was mould behind the tap of the sink. The WiFi was also off for a full day

Huge leaflet about sleep and how to get most sleep but hotel provided really awful 3rd rate pillows and no way of reducing temperature. Unable to have window open due to noise. Swimming pool was like a bath so couldn’t really exercise

Great location and facilities but looking a bit tired in the rooms, maybe a refresh needed.

When arrived told that we didn’t book even though I had a confirmation email took the receptionist 40 minutes to find a room. Didn’t end up getting the room we booked. The location is good, not far from the train station at all, not too far from restaurant etc.

Decent hotel located at the heart of city. The lobby of the hotel was spacious, food in the bar was yummy. Room was spacious and tidy. Will consider to stay again in future.

Unfriendly staff. Overpriced room, it is an express hotel at best, not a four star hotel.

DON’T stay at this hotel, international brand 4 stars hotel but I tot this is budget 3 stars hotel, the room is no aircond and provide a small fan, old school toilet and the toilet bowl using 2hrs to fill up the water, from the picture you can see super old school toilet with the doorknob, my house much more better than this hotel ! Booked for 2 nights, quickly run and check out after 1 night with this Novotel 👎👎👎
