DON’T stay at this hotel, international brand 4 stars hotel but I tot this is budget 3 stars hotel, the room is no aircond and provide a small fan, old school toilet and the toilet bowl using 2hrs to fill up the water, from the picture you can see super old school toilet with the doorknob, my house much more better than this hotel ! Booked for 2 nights, quickly run and check out after 1 night with this Novotel 👎👎👎

Lovely hotel with easy access to the city and an incredible buffet breakfast. Close to restaurants and public transport. We loved the indoor pool!

Poor room design. Toilet is in a separate room with no wash basin. In order to wash your hands after the loo, you would need to walk through the corridor and around to the bathroom. Carpet felt slightly wet with bacteria. Shower hose leaked. Room is small despite having a sofa bed. Location is good for the city centre.

good service, really nice room & hotel couldn’t think of a nicer hotel in Sheffield to stay in.

Poorly stocked, hard towels, tired rooms, strange picture hanging in the room, rock hard bed, pillows falling apart, breakfast poor, 15 mins for poached eggs, card for door didn’t work, car park exit was blocked by linen truck for 20 mins - will not be returning or be recommending !!

The location is near the university campus and convenient to reach the city centre.
