Ulasan Naama Waves Hotel

Il start with the negatives I promise there isn’t many BUT! This hotel does not cater for the English when it comes to food. I have been to Egypt 4 times so I don’t write this review lightly. The food is poor and is a massive let down to the hotel. Breakfast don’t expect a fry up of any sort or equivalent. The meals was the same every single day dinner beef in gravy, tea time beef in gravy. Following day lunch beef in gravy tea beef in gravy. This does not change the selection is poor and my children struggled to eat for the week and lived off chips for dinner chips for tea every single day. There is a bbq and it’s chicken or fish but the chicken is very dry apart from tomato sauce there isn’t anything else. Pancakes for kids in the morning (take Nutella as they don’t have any) there is no children’s food section in the restaurant. Don’t expect to see pizza or nuggets etc unless your child is starving and you have to complain about how bad it is to management for them to offer to make you up pizza and nuggets it should be standard it’s a hotel aimed at family’s! The snacks by the pool bar was mashed potato and boiled eggs bread chips and something fishy! They only seem to cater for the Russians/germans. The ice creams was served 3-5pm daily there was no kids club, you can not use the facilities at the “sister” hotel there is no English pub don’t be fooled! The entertainment was shocking and everything stopped by 10.30pm a woman singer or a man on a guitar. The odd belly dancer when they turned up. On a more positive note - the hotel is clean the rooms are clean big and spacious. We didn’t have robes and slippers mind even though these was advertised. The mini fridge is only stocked daily with water. It really is a stunning hotel the wave pool needs to be emptied and some tlc it’s let’s the pool area down massively. The slides opened 10.30-12.30 then 2.30-4.30 daily. The lifeguards are on point towels was laid for us daily before we had even got out of bed which was a nice touch but it was expected for a tip and a proposal of being there girlfriend. They can be inappropriate at times I had my 12yo daughter and they kept saying how beautiful she was … and she is! But to say to her how old are you and a grown man say he’s the same age let’s get married .. and come back in 5 years etc! Just have your wits about you. There is darts, yoga, aqua aerobics and a ball game in the water daily. The drinks selections isn’t the greatest but we managed. The pool bar man deserves a shout out he works hard and only has to walk past see your glass is empty and refills. The cleaners are very polite and like to get to know you on first name basis! Mexican restaurant the food was nice and the Italian was nice. You get to choose one or the other to dine in while you stay we had both as we had complained. WiFi is good can connect 3 devices at any one time. The highlight of are trip was the foam party down the beach defo worth a visit! It’s only
