Bad service but great coral reef access at hotel to snorkel. Though the masks are extra charge so bring your own if you have them. Breakfast buffet and drinks were not great / overall there are better hotels to stay at in sharm.

Everything in this property was amazing ,, all the stuff were kind and gentlemen the only thing need to check is the A/C in rooms gggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggghhhhhgggggggg

The reception with cold towel and fresh juice was on time and special thanks to Mr. Moody for his help without getting bored or annoyed. The air conditioner is very cold and the room cleaning service is very fast. Golf car transportation service is never late and ready all the time. Thank you for all the services provided.

Excellent resort. Food is great, hotel lovely in every way and immaculately clean. Standout restaurants are Italian and Seafood in the hotel. In nearby Soho square (many restaurants and pubs included in the S class inclusive booking) the Indian and Thai were both amazing. As with any type of resort, the staff make the place. We spent a lot of time in the pool in Royal Savoy and Alaa and A.Morsy were always attentive and friendly. Bassem at the main pool swim up was always welcoming with a smile. Ahmed and Sameh were the waiters we want to give a shout-out to (4217 boys - see, I remembered!). All in all definitely worth its five stars. Thanks Royal Savoy! 😁

The rooms and surroundings at the Royal Savoy are immaculate-the staff make this hotel extra special-shoutout to ALaa, A.Morsy, at the RS pool, Bassam at the Savoy, Sameh and Ahmed at the seafood and Greek restaurants for being so totally wonderfully brilliant-we enjoyed some wonderful restaurants too-the Thai, Indian in Soho Square were stand out plus the Seafood and Greek in resort but the rest were fabulous too-we enjoyed being on S class as it gave us lots of choice - we seriously cannot fault anything about the hotel at all- all in all, it’s been a perfect week - the snorkling off the pontoon was better then we’ve seen in the Caribbean too - will definitely be back 🫶🏻

Today is the last day of our holiday. We've had a brilliant holiday at the Savoy Sharm el Sheikh. This Hotel is excellent. I did all inclusive with the kids and we had a great time and we will be coming back to stay at the Savoy next year. All the staff are wonderful, have a really nice attitude towards making your holiday great and most speak good English, nothing is ever too much trouble. I wanted to say a particular thank you to Abdallah in the gym who was a great help. I've had a shoulder injury for months, the simple stretches he showed me have corrected my injury in a week, I really appreciated the time he took to fix this in such a short time. The gym is already decent however I think there will be a new gym in the coming months, around October 2024. This hotel is definately well recommended. Its my first visit to Egypt so I didnt know what to expect. At the Savoy the food and drink is excellent, staff are friendly and welcoming, rooms are nice and spacious, gym is great, gardens well maintained and very nice, pools are clean large and seperated into three each deeper than the last, the private beach is beautiful with nice coral and diving/snorkeling, the style of hotel and location is all excellent. If you book here you won't be disappointed. Sunshine everyday. Loved it.

One of the most beautiful hotels in Egypt All the staff are so supportive and friendly and all facilities are perfect. I recommend you to visit this hotel when you come to Sharm. Its not going be last visit. I would like to thank you for the good hospitality

It’s was very pleasant staying short but amazing. The facilities is great ,cleanliness of room and areas, location is can’t be better than this. exactly within walking distance to soho square plus they are providing transport car to soho. services and staff was all full package of professionalism. Was our first time but sure won’t last one.

What a magical place this is! Steve and I had the most wonderfully relaxing 10 day stay at The Royal Savoy. Throughout our holiday we were so impressed with all the well trained staff: their attention to detail, the amazing food and service. We would love to return for my special birthday in January 2025. Special thanks to Hussien our room attendant, Romany, Ahmed, A Atef at the pool, Alaa the Kit Kat man, Aislinn and her Morning Room breakfast team (wonderful omelettes), Makarious, Hussein, Mina, Sameh and Mr Ramy and Islam in the hotel administration team.
