This is not a five star hotel , they don't have access to the beach so they take you on a long trip to another area to swim or snorkel in crowded buses , a nightmare if you miss it as it will cost you a lot to come back, the food is low quality buffet in a crowded environment, the place caters for Russians and ignore everyone else .

Great service, location is not on beach but the hotel has its own beach and provides transportation free of charge. Would definitely recommend and return to it.

Very bad experience, not recommend it! First with just arriving to the hotel after a long flight, the reception told me that there is no booking under my name and asked me to check with Trip.com instead of them checking with their supplier “ ridiculous “. Another thing the Mini bar was broken at my room and they couldn’t fix it during my whole stay.

Комнаты слишком «уставшие» для этой цены. По телефону люди с рецепшен были хамоватыми и грубыми. При встрече все исправилось. Атмосфера в отеле тягостная, гнетущая. Анимация заточена на продажу билетов за территорию отеля. Когда в отеле с гостями грубо разговаривают даже аниматоры - это обескураживает. Из позитива: приличная территория, по местным меркам, зеленая. Без изысков, но Неплохое питание, стандартное для подобных резортов. неплохая звукоизоляция, но только окон Из негатива: До моря очень долго ехать. Многовато «политики» : наклейки с украинской символикой в общедоступных туалетах, названия блюд на украинском, при отсутсвии русского перевода.( может дело в персонале анимации?) Отталкивает небрежно сваленный строительный хлам из номеров, запах старой мебели и собственно старая мебель Плохо уходила вода в кране, не работал телевизор или пульт от него, сломан доводчик двери. Гостеприимством тут и не пахло. Когда был замечен «фонтанчик с черным дельфином» ( россияне поймут) - показалось символично ;)

Отдыхали в отеле в Новый год, Прилетели рано, заселять не хотели раньше положенного времени, еле уговорили спустя час за доп плату. НОМЕР ДАЛИ ДВУХУОМНАТНЫЙ. МЕБЕЛЬ ВСЯ СТАРАЯ, КРОВАТИ НЕ ОЧЕНЬ УДОБНЫЕ. ИЗ ПЛЮСОВ ВСЕ ОСТАЛЬНОЕ Разнообразие в еде, да, она может повторяться со дня на день, но выбор большой, очень. Голодными не останетесь. Территория огромная, много бассейнов, лежаков, аквапарк, кто с детьми, просто находка. Коктейли, пиво все есть, вино, но не вкусное, тоже. Пляж коралловый маленький, он далеко очень от отеля, но риф стоит того, на нем так же от сети отеля можно кушать и пить. Вообщем за свои деньги непривередливым людям очень советуем. Были в трех отелях в Шарме, этот цена-качество соответствует!!

Выбрала из-за наличия аквапарка и возможности выбирать пляжи

i’ve had the best family holiday here the rooms and lovely and clean. The food is great and loads of variety. The staff have been so lovely to us. The entertainment team is amazing especially Elina. The shows in the evening have been so much fun to watch and we loved the activities during the day with the animation team.

staying for a week and all the staff are very welcoming and lovely and the entertainment and activities are the best especially the beaches,The heat is to die for especially when the aim is to tan, and there is so much to see your never bored, one of the best experiences and would definitely come back

We had so much fun this holiday me and my friends. We did it every day all day. The entertainment team was so lovely and friendly. That we are included in every and each thing that they have parties at night and competitions during the day the food was so good. The music was nice. We enjoyed our saying this holiday in Egypt will come again to Egypt.
