Awesome stay at lido staff is excellent specially reception room and food is great all in all I had a wonderful stay and I highly recommend it

My stay at Lido Hotel with my parents was a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, especially when you take the time to engage with them. Many of them speak multiple languages, which is fantastic if you’re traveling with family members who aren’t fluent in English. The only downside was the neighboring hotel, Kalimera, which hosted loud parties on Tuesday and Friday nights. If you’re staying in a beachfront room, you’ll definitely hear the noise, so I recommend bringing earplugs for those nights. Aside from that, I’d definitely consider returning to Lido. The entertainment team was engaging, and the performances were atmospheric and fun, adding to the overall great experience.

Really good day. The organisation was brilliant, picked up from hotel, taken to airport, guide Antonio waiting for us in Cairo. Museum & Pyramids amazing. Thank you Ronaldo. Also fantastic massage from the young lady at Lido Hotel, she is very good and works very hard.

Brilliant Staff, so friendly and helpful, can’t do enough for you. They really make the place! Unfair to name names as everyone works so hard. We asked to change room as a bit noisy, no problem, moved to a nice quiet room. Rooms are clean & adequate. Animation team work hard to entertain.

This was the first time for us hotel ver good and clean and most of all the position of the hotel is so good because you have the center close to you room good and food also animation team very good also the shows and staff good but animation so funny and kind

The hotel is very nice and the view is so beautiful because you have the beach downstairs of the pool everything is clean food good and the staff is very kind first time for us to go in this hotel pos9tion very good because close to everything animation super thank you will come back for sure

This hotel is comfortable and has a beautiful and convenient location. (Right on the sea and 5 min walk to centre) Room is pleasant, well mirrored and comfy bed but it is run down and tired as is the rest of the hotel. The food however is not good and poor variety. not much choice and even something as simple as pizza is rubbish. So we have spent a lot of money eating outside of the hotel. The worst part about this hotel though is the drinks and WiFi! The WiFi constantly drops off and you have to keep logging back into it each time you want a connection. Extremely annoying! As for the drinks, these are absolutely terrible. Even in the worst of places I can usually find something that I can manage to drink but the cocktails here are disgusting. Every drink is served to you in a very small plastic cup. The variety is so limited. They don’t even have white rum and you are not allowed to drink wine by the pool. You can only have wine in the restaurant, and even when I asked if I could get wine from the restaurant and bring it up to the poolside the answer I got was no which I just thought was absolutely ridiculous. You also have to pay extra for any drinks you have after 11 pm . The cocktails are so disgusting they are not drinkable and I don’t drink beer so there was literally nothing for me to drink such a waste going all inclusive at this hotel. Some of the staff are friendly and helpful but they don’t bend any rules to please You. There is also absolutely nothing going on at the hotel there is very little atmosphere. I’m not sure if this is just because it’s slightly out of season but even so we have to go out of the hotel to see any form of life. Also the Egyptian men outside of the hotel don’t like women and are very rude sometimes abusive this is no reflection on the hotel though I think this is just general in Egypt . Due to the hotels, amazing location I think this hotel could be so much better if they just changed a few things but for now I cannot rate this hotel a four star , it is one of the worst all-inclusive I have ever had and sadly I will not be returning. On the plus side, we did have a very good massage at the hotel at a decent price. This was so good that we went back for a second. I had a gentleman and he was very respectful and extremely professional.

The location is excellent, the food is fresh and varied and the staff are helpful, friendly and welcoming. Although the hotel is aged the maintenance is of a good standard, everywhere is very clean and tidy. The pool is heated which is a massive bonus in the winter.

I came here with my friends first time and we really like it and the view so good also staff is very kind and animation team wow so funny guys food good room also wifi good beach very nice 😻😻😻i will come back for 👍 good 😊 good 😊😻😻😻😻😻😻😻
