It is quite good location at Naama bay, breakfast is also many kind and nice taste.

Novotel are a chain with hotels around the world. Rooms are clean, pool area is good. The gym is poor, with 2kg weights, broken bike. be aware of the hustlers that operate in here, I ended up paying $150 for a haircut in the barbershop, its located in the Palm side, a man turns up out of the blue and baboozals you with some ridiculous treatments that was forced upon you...., You agree to shut the man up.....It's a well drilled hustle. I did complain to the Accor group to make them aware of this l but it fell on deaf ears. $150 for a hair cut for a 50 year old man ..... really Novotel.....!!! Be aware of the sellers harrasing you at your sun lounger trying to sell you day trips, massages, etc, they are the same people who operate in the hotel, that push onto you the haircuts!! Not a good experience and I left the hotel early.

I found this hotel on the last day and made a reservation. I stayed in Sharm El Sheikh for 5 days and regretted that I should have found it earlier. I participated in snorkeling on the tour the day before, but I couldn't snorkel because of the rough weather, and I ended up turning back, but when I learned that I could snorkel here, I found a lot of coral and fish. I was really happy because I came to Sharm El Sheikh for the purpose of snorkeling. It was a short time so I would like to stay longer next time.

房間乾淨，又挺大的，從陽台門出去上個坡就是5號游泳池，主餐廳在海灘翼，走路過去七八分鐘，也可以打電話叫擺渡電瓶車接送。

Было заявлено что отель 5 звезд, максимум три звезды , номера старые , но чистые. Завтрак ужасный , каждый день одно и тоже!

Be careful there are two Novotel hotels one on the seaside, the second at the back both hotels are good 1-Sea-side Hotel has a very nice (new rooms ). 2-The second old room is not bad but old and not clean like the seaside hotel. The staff is very friendly

fantastic hotel. The room has everything you need. Restaurants and food are amazing. The swimming pools and the beach are more than wonderful. The employees everywhere are fantastic. It was a great experience I will go back as soon as possible

My wife and I had a fabulous week at the Beach Side Novotel. The food was excellent and the service first class. Of particular note I would like to mention Nour El Din the bar manager who looked after us superbly. The ability to walk from the beach to a fantastic reef for snorkelling was amazing and we also had a great hamman and massage. Planning a revisit in November!

My family actively go back to this resort each year, it’s such a positive experience! The hotel is equipped with the kindest staff, we get nothing but smiles and have made friends with a lot of the people that work there. The hotel has an exceptional worker called Roma, he never fails to make our visits at the hotel feel luxurious. In his hands we are taken care of and helps us with anything we need! They have recently opened a new restaurant à la carte and the food is brilliant, with a load of courses and options for fussy kids, our whole family had an excellent time. We are already booking our trip for 2025 as this hotel has become a second home to us!!

Incredible holiday at the Palm hotel with Roma and his team. The hotel was lovely. Rooms are clean and spacious and many have been upgraded. We got to experience a luxurious room with a jacuzzi on the balcony. The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Roma in particular was always available to help us when needed and advised on trips and activities. The food offered lots of variety and was always freshly prepared. The chefs were always happy to tailor dishes for the kids. We will definitely return!
