Nice hotel to stay with kids. We are satisfied with the stay and enjoyed our holiday. Just the AC in the room is too noisy. Because it is old system. We couldn’t sleep at night because of noise. If we turn it off, then it is so hot in the room

swissotel is a very nice and enjoyable resort to stay in the middle level. The resort offers all-inclusive services including meals, parties and internal transfers throughout the day (semi-regular). There is an activity for children suitable for all ages. There are indoor swimming pools for all activities and also water games of a reasonable level that need maintenance and development. There is a means of transportation to the resort's private beach and also barbecue parties near the sea and internal parties daily. The quality of the food is high and the service is very high. The reception workers are respectful and very friendly. The quality of the rooms is not befitting the resort and needs to be developed significantly. The room services are good and the workers are good. There is a negative point and unfortunately it is repeated and I hope it will be solved, which is the delay of the golf cart for internal transfers for long periods even by calling the reception several times. I hope in particular that it will be solved because it is very important in emergency cases and for people with chronic diseases and the elderly. Thank you for your services

절대로 호텔을 예약하지마세요 시설도 너무 오래되었고 직원들 불친절합니다 가족 여행이었고 리셉션 직원들은 모든게 NO 라고 답하고 동양인을 무시합니다 그리고 저희가족에게 부당한 요금요청해서 거부했지만 가족 여행을 망치고 싶지않아 어쩔수없이 360$를 추가로 납부했습니다.사기꾼들입니다 .객실내에는 모기가 많이있고 직원들은 손님말들을 듣지않습니다. 무조건 돈을 뜯어내려고 합니다. 저는 한국으로 돌아가서 이집트 대사관에 항의할것입니다 최악의 호텔입니다.매니져 BASSEM,SALT 두명조심하세요 사기꾼입니다

基本沒有主動服務，除了前台好一點，其他工作人員像沒有感情的機器人，沒有一個負責人來協調客人的需求，可能酒店給發的薪水太低。導致員工沒有熱情將工作做好。 晚上的表演不錯。

Nice hotel we came here before but everything is changed to better so good location middle of city near from everything we would like to thank all the stuff we went to Brazilian restaurant the food was tasty with good quality , each evening has a different show after the show after party is was really nice vacation we would like to thank Amany For the information about the show and party time we will be back soon 🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷

Good service,ahmed and mahmoud working in pool bar good work and good service and so kind and helpful he make my hoilday is diffrent i really like this two guys work in pool bar. They make holliday better and relaxing, than come they are smiling and than leaving say good buy with smile. Really good personal and worker. They are doing every thing for every one, that all be happy and have good holliday

Most excellent hotel, made extra special by staff at main pool, nothing was to much trouble, really friendly and genuine, food fantastic over all great experiences, very clean tidy, drinks available table service, will definitely come back

Recently arrived back from a vacation in Swissotel and had a pretty good experience. We stayed in the adult only section and were very happy with the stay. Our room was big, spacious and clean but somewhat outdated (the beds have definitely seen better days). The room was cleaned every day, no awesome towel designs despite leaving tip though if you are hoping for that. You have a free mini bar at the room, get free bottled water every day and also can take water from the fridges all around the hotel, by the pool etc. The staff was so helpful and nice, everyone starting from the reception to lifeguards by the pool - everyone was there to make your stay more comfortable. I did find it annoying they tried to first talk to you in Russian but almost everyone switched to English once you answered them in English. The general areas were clean and very beautiful, gardeners were working on it all day. There were golf carts you could take to drive to and from the main building and to the beach but of course it is possible to walk (the distance between adult only side and main building is not that bad but you do have to cross the road - luckily there is security next to the cross walks so crossing the road is safe). We visited the beach only once and it looked quite small area so we decided not to sunbathe at the beach. There is a nice variety of pools, for children, also a water park and adult only pool area in the main building which is really nice. The UAI really means you don't have to pay anything extra. The only things I did see they could charge you were bottles of alcohol and some donuts and iced coffee variations at the donut shop but you also had plenty of choice already included. The food at the buffee had huge variety of everything, tasted pretty good and you still had a good choice when you wanted to eat at a later time. We ate on both sides and adult only side was more private, less crowded but also had smaller variety of food. A la carte restaurantes were a let down though - the Asian one at the rooftop bar was okay but we had such a bad experience at the Italian restaurant we decided not to visit any other restaurants at the hotel and just stick to the buffee. Also - the alcohol was very bad. It is advertised as an import alcohol and you do see bottles of Bacardi, Absolut Vodka etc but it was clear they are using local alcohol as the taste is absolutely horrible and it all tasted like hand sanitizer. The beer (local Stella and Heineken) and sodas are all okay though and you can drink as much as you like. Also had ice with our drinks and didn't experience any issues with our stomachs so we were either lucky or they are using bottled water to make the ice. The good thing with staying in Swissotel is that you can also visit other Rixos hotels - we took an advantage of that and visited Rixos Premium Seagate and also the aqua park - all free of charge, also could eat and drink over there. Overall we really enjoyed our stay despite small inconveni

We lived in adult room 5046. All is perfect exept plumbing devices working manner. There hot water supply was inconvient. Reception girl Mona was very plight, full of empathy and helpfull mood. Barmen Ihab in lobby bar was exceprionally plight and was making for us very profesional cocktails..:)) pools are warming and very pleasent to swim in it.

From first arrival staff couldn’t do enough for you and continually made to feel very welcome. Great room with ample facilities, comfortable and relaxing holiday all round. A must to book the Italian and Indian restaurants during your stay.

Had the best holiday at this hotel, the hotel is immaculate and well maintained, great food and drink selections and the staff could not do enough for us. Mahmoud in the pool bar made our holiday even more perfect, his customer service and attentiveness made the holiday all the more special, the Swissotel hotel is extremely lucky to have such a great member of staff on their team. We will definitely be back in the future, Swissotel you stole our hearts.

Be ready to fight with mosquitoes)) March is not a good month to visit Sharm as it is still cold and windy, water in swimming pools is cold. Food and beverage is good. Check in process is extremely slow! But its normal practice here) Bring some tips to expedite your inquirer
