Kamer was niet goed gepoetst bij aankomst, er lagen steentjes, zand op de grond. Er was een lek in de buis die door de kast loopt waardoor er een vochtprobleem was in de kleerkast. Ook stond er een kapotte stoel in de kamer en was 1 van de lakens die op het bed lagen vies. Enige pluspunt: ontbijt was oké.

Naja ich sag mal so, die Zimmer sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Frühstück hat sich so angefüllt, als wäre man am Hauptbahnhof und auf einen Kriegsfeld gleichzeitig. Alles im allem für ein paar Tage okey, länger möchte ich da aber definitiv nicht verbringen.

Bonjour je me permets d’écrire cette hôtel est très sale les chambre sont dans un état lamentable la douche la fenêtre laissé passer l’air de l’extérieur il n’y a pas de joint qui permet de faire l’étanchéité et la peinture ne tiens pas les matelas pour dormir sont taché sans compter que le soir on c’est mis à grater de partout on étais obligé d’acheter des draps et couette la fenêtre de la chambre il manquait le joint qui permet de ne pas entendre l’extérieur sans oublier que tous ce qui ce passe on attend tous impossible de dormir le ****** qui foute les client à l’extérieur on entend tous dans la chambre le service est de zéro c’est à un hôtel qui est pas conseillé pour des familles mais plutôt pour des gens qui veulent faire la putes ou ramener des putes cela s’appelle pas un hôtel mais plutôt un ****** on devrait le déclasser et lui enlever toutes les étoiles car il ne mérite même pas 1 étoiles je suis resté 1 seul nuit allor que c’était prévu pour 1 semaines complètes

We had a really nice stay, please ignore the negative reviews! You get what you pay for, it’s a cheap getaway. We stayed for a week and the staff were lovely and accommodating, we went all inclusive which included your alcoholic drinks too. The eating times were really large windows and there was always something to eat each day. The fresh cooked pancakes each morning were especially lovely. The rooms were always clean and tidy. The bathrooms in the rooms could do with an update but they were otherwise fine. The shower is also a bit temperamental temperature wise. I’m glad I read the reviews about the pool because I’d also advise to queue at about 10 past 9 if you want a sunbed, as the pool opens at 9:30am and there are limited sunbeds. We had a great stay and enjoyed the entertainment room as some nights they had a DJ on. The hotel is situated on a hill and the beach is down the bottom of the hill so if you struggle with walking it’s maybe not the holiday for you. Thank you for our stay!

Horrendous. Just don't go. Room 1 was full of black mould, filth, unsafe balcony with cracked glass and tiles, and water coming in through the bathroom ceiling, took 3 days to move us. Room 2 was also filthy, snot wiped on the walls, paint peeling off the bath, and black mould in patches. Food is cold and mostly inedible. It's not family friendly AT ALL. Don't waste your money.

Our room had mould all over the walls , stains on the beds , cracks and rust everywhere, when we complained another couple came down who had there whole ceiling collapse and room was flooded with water. We left asap and booked another room. Hr for this company was not helpful and refused to give us a full refund. Food was cold and very limited for choice

Clean, friendly staff, close to shops and beach. We stayed for 3 night B&B and were very pleased. Breakfast there was plenty of different options and food was good. Room was very clean and shower was excellent. Beds comfy and A/C was good. Plenty of space in the room. The blue sea is 2 hotels and you get access to both pools. Pools were fairly small but enough space to sit or lay. Bar was cheap and staff were friendly and helpful. Main town only 10 minutes walk down the hill. Supermarket was across the road with everything you need there. Less than an hour transfer to the airport. All round was good accomodation for the price we paid.

I’ve had a wonderful experience. Just home today. This was my first ever time abroad and I was going solo. Staff were very helpful (a special shout out to Haleida in the bar who is just fabulous, and to all staff including Violeta, food staff, and cleaners. And to all the friends I’ve made in guests :). I found most of the guests to be enjoying their time here, and to be friendly. it offers all that is expected within 3 star. With friendly staff, and a 5 minute walk to the beach, it’s clean, the restaurant is clean as were the toilets, and my room was also clean. For the price is not sure what more you would want :) I will be back next year for more gin and lemon :) I am already looking at dates :) can’t wait

I expected more. Paid £730 per person to come here for 7 nights all inclusive, it should’ve been about £500 max. Staff all look miserable to work there apart from the waiters and waitresses in the restaurant who were always lovely and smiling. Most staff speak very little English so get your Spanish ready before you go because you’re gonna need it. Food was the same every day for lunch and dinner which got sickening and boring. On our last full day, we were having breakfast and I got myself scrambled eggs and toast, I started buttering my toast only to see there’s mould starting to form on it which put me off having any more food at the hotel for the rest of the day. Walls are paper thin, on our first night people in the room above us came back from clubbing at 4:45am and were being loud, at 5am I went to reception and they said they’ll send security to quieten them, 45 mins later and no security went up there and we couldn’t sleep so I don’t understand the point of their security because it was like this every night. Over 500 guests and only 30 sunbeds (including 2 broken sunbeds that are literally laying on the floor) at the “big” pool with no life guard but the pool being as deep as 2.15m. Cleaners barge in whenever they want, they knock 3 times and don’t wait for an answer and barge in even though we shouted “don’t come in”, we didn’t even have a “do not disturb” sign to hang on the door. On our last day yesterday we stayed in the room for half a day because we just wanted to go home, cleaner came between 9am - 10am and I asked for the room not to be cleaned that day as we are leaving the next day, cleaner said okay she’ll come back tomorrow, 2 hours later she barges into the room without knocking or anything, as soon as she saw us she asked again if we wanted our room cleaned and I said “no, we asked for tomorrow” and she left, bit dodgy if you ask me because there was no need for her to come back in when she agreed to come back the next day. One night we didn’t notice we were sleeping with one of the door balconies open (left open by the cleaner) there was no door handle on the door so we had to go to reception and she came to our room with a door handle and no English at all, closed the door after struggling and then left the room with the door handle in hand like it was normal. The little knob you use to control the water in the shower from bath tap to shower head kept coming off to the point where the cleaner got fed up of fixing it and just left it on the side. €3 daily for safe and €10 deposit for TV remote but we just used the buttons on the TV to change channels and volume. €1 deposit per cup to get a drink from the bar. Bar closes at 11pm and the only snacks you can get during the day is cheese or ham and cheese sandwich, and french fries. Make sure you have a bottle to fill up with water because after the bar closes then you have to go to the vending machine and pay for water even if you’re all inclusive, and if you have an empty w

Nothing worked most things were smashed in our room no plug sockets one in bathroom kept blowing up and turning lights off asked to switch rooms got denied twice they scam u with the nice hotel and send you to the horrible one down the road paid for a balcony got a little area that was smashed up and couldn’t see anything soo was pointless because we was on ground floor

mixed feelings on this one, you get what you expect from a 3 star hotel rooms - the rooms are small but fairly comfy and it gets the job done, shower could be a hit and miss, flooded bathroom on first day but after that no other problems. walls are VERYYY thin, very annoying when surrounded by teens as they just shout and play very loud music all night, but u can phone reception and security will come if needed. security is very nice, especially carlos! he is very sweet if you get the chance to meet him staff - reception staff is meh some can be quite rude and dismissive when you ask a simple question, but the bar and restaurant staff are very friendly! food - food again is a hit or miss, some days the food is very good (especially breakfast) but you may struggle if you are a picky eater, but they always have pasta and sauce/pizza. the desserts are very nice. all inclusive - all invclusive is decent, first day did have a bit of a struggle as they charged us for drinks without mentioning we had to put a deposit on a reusable cup even when asked multiple times and there is a list of drinks that are included in the all invlusive that we werent showed. all invlusive starts at 10am and ends at 11pm entertainment - entertainment is probably the worst part of the resort, they only have the ‘entertainment’ 4 nights a week, and when they do its just a ‘dj’ and you can only fully hear the music inside the bar so if u sit outside it does get a little boring, no childrens entertainment at all, theres no music during the day anywhere in the hotel so i recommend bringing a speaker. there is also a tiny tiny tiny area to dance in the bar. pool - the best part of this holiday was the pool, although they could put more sunbeds out as there are definitely not enough for the amount of people in the hotel. the water is nice and cool compared to the heat and is in the sun for most of the day so your not freezing in the water. there is a little kids pool connected to the main one. location - only a 10 min walk from the beach which is nice, wlthough the walk back is mostly uphill so bring a lot of water and a fan or it is basically torture, the main town is only 15/20 min walk away and it has a lot of good shops and food places, but does get very busy at the end of the day because of all of the bars and nightclubs! overall - wouldnt reccomend for a family and i personally wouldnt come back, but it was still decent for a budget hotel and bringing a friend did make it better as we made it fun. definitely made a lot of good memories!
