Friendly staff who was able to accommodate earlier check in. Convenient location. The only problem we had was that the bathroom mirror light didn’t work.

Hotel was excellent and staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely decor and spotlessly clean. Highly recommended.

What a wonderful find! This modern hotel exceeded our expectations! There were great restaurants nearby, metro stops in easy walking distance, and just an overall great place to stay. Wish we had time to take advantage of the spa. Will definitely look to stay here again in the future.

We stayed for 6 nights in Dec 2023 at this charming hotel. It is ideally located near public transit and shopping. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. We will definitely be back on future trips to Paris!

We liked that it was close to the subway and walking distance from many cafes and restaurants. Also it was very clean and updated.

overall great experience. I would rebook if I visit the place again. There is just water pooling in the bathroom when you take a shower. Place clean. Staff professional and friendly.

Friendly accommodating staff. Great location. Parking garage not far from hotel. Loved the option of the pool & sauna. Room was on the smaller side, but likely typical of European hotel rooms.

The Laz Hotel was as seen in picture. It was clean, inviting, steps away from public transportation. It was also, stylish and chic with all the bells and whistles (pool and sauna). The staff were friendly and very helpful

Its near metro and Saint Laz train station. Also walking distance from many attractions. The street is quiet, and has bistros on both ends, also another coffee shop nearby- nice places to have morning coffees with croissants. Our friends said that the room is big by Paris standards. Staff was nice and helped with navigating Paris. We probably will stay there again if the return to Paris.

This was walking distance of everything. We took the train everywhere. You can take the train from the airport if you don't have a lot of luggage. Walking distance of all the high end designer stores. There was a convenient store about 3mins walking distance, restaurants within 5mins walking distance. The train is about 5mins walking distance.

The staff were amazing and so helpful. The breakfast buffet was 20 euros a person and was ok. The breads were great. The fruit attracted tons of fruit flies. We notified the staff and they quickly removed the fruit to solve the problem. Wonderful staff! I thought that this hotel was closer to the center of Paris. It is a 15 min cab ride to the Louve. The beds were super comfy and the rooms were a good size considering the hotel is in Paris.
