Ulasan Sahara Beach Resort & Spa

Room was big, pool and beach is good. Breakfast buffet, the service is very poor maybe because of lack of manpower and I saw one waiter he is using his bare hand to put the omelette on the plates.when I asked why he is not using any cutlery he told me because it’s was so busy and he is in a hurry🤯😣 then I spoke to their restaurant manager to do something not to happed again. Better to order food outside the hotel

В декабре 2023 рядом с отелем был ремонт дороги. Но при этом была приличная скидка на проживание. В целом отель понравился, чисто, персонал вежливый. Завтраки хорошие. Но рядом с отелем со стороны моря на берегу какая-то фабрика. Море не сказать чтобы грязное, не считая немного бытового мусора, но соседство с работающей фабрикой смущает...

Место хорошее для людей которые хотят зацепить кусочек моря во время стыковки между рейсами!

В сторону по берегу есть хорошее море. Это основное!!! . В отеле все очень старое.

I'm from Egypt.. This my first time here in Sahara hotel. All people good at the hotel. Food is so good so far but the services were excellent. We will come back definitely next time. We would like to mentioned few names to thanks Sahara and management Mr. Mamun, Tanbir ND Papiya Ismail.

It was a good stay with them with my family. Before also we came here it was a wonderful Eid this year here at Sahara. I would like to thanks Specially Papiya and her team. They did good job and provide everything we have asked for . They have a nice beach so relaxing my

It was a great experience. Nice and supportive staff, especially Papiya. Nice small private beach and good breakfast. Great for short staycation, definitely will coming back soon with family and friends. Services are good but still need to work on few more things like they should add varieties at the restaurant.

The hotel service is very good, plus I really like the service they been given to us for the last six days. The beach is very nice with the best views on your room. Over all the experience was wonderful. Definitely will come back .. thank you so much Sahara team.

-Really Overpriced -they charged me extra when i have someone visiting me for couple of hours. -Room and the sheets are not clean. -1mb wifi speed in 2023. - very small beach next to a factory. - one hours looking for a change of money in the area cuz the hotel reception refused to help.

Its my 3 time to visit the hotel but this time was the rude reception i ever encounter his name was majid.. i come at 2 pm and he book me at 1 floor then my wife didnot like the first floor so we asking for change of room i see a room that presently cleaning and the cleaners tell me about 15 min they r finish so just tell the reception.. unfortunately reception tell me that its not availble because undermaintenance but i ask all the worker they said its free… reception was lying just to give the room for others they dont have first come first basis.. i said can i talk to manager he said to me wait for 1 hour.. also manager cannot contanct i case you need it..receptionist was so rude and manager was out of work because we wait for 2 hours but there is no manager that talk to us…

What should have been a beautiful first trip to Dubai was marred by this horrible, dirty hotel! The room was dated and nothing like the picture. The gym was dirty and most of the machines didn’t work, so again nothing like advertised. But the crowning glory of misery for me was the ‘BEDBUGS’!! I should have been more cautious after seeing a bed bug spray on the cleaners trolley, but thought nothing of it until I was severely bitten all over, please see attached photos! They talked me out of changing rooms telling me I’d end up in a worst one. They also told me they’d changed my mattress but the cleaner told me this wasn’t true! I have asked the hotel for a refund rather than leaving a scathing review, but as they’ve ignored my request completely, I now feel it is only fair I leave a truthful review to try and prevent other travellers suffering the same fate! Buyers Beware…. I wouldn’t book this hotel!!

Very good hotel. I love the location ❤️ The food is good. The staffs are nice. The rooms are clean. They immediately fix any problem. I am very satisfied during my stay. And also the beach ♥️ The beach area is so beautiful. ❤️ I will surely come back!
