Lu Xun and I also became neighbors across time and space😁😁😁I came to Shaoxing for four days this time and booked three hotels, which belong to different groups, Huazhu, Kaiyuan, and Luyue. The first night we stayed in Huajian Mansion, which is next door to Lu Xun’s former residence. It has convenient transportation and is in the center of the scenic spot. It’s close to everywhere and taking a taxi is cheap. The room is very clean, the bath water is large and very good, the service staff is very polite, there are bookshelves and a water bar in the lobby. If you don't want to go out, it's good to sit and read a book and drink tea. Huajian Mansion is very exquisite, and the scenery changes with each step, and there are scenery everywhere. There is a patio in our room with various plants. It is very beautiful. You can see the sky and green plants from the room. I can sit next to it and be in a daze for an hour. At 7:30 in the evening, the housekeeper arranged for us to take us on a night tour of Lu Xun's former residence. Xiaolong gave us a very detailed explanation👍👍😊 Next to Huajian Mansion is the Taste of Shaoxing·Intangible Cultural Heritage Restaurant. At that time, I thought the food was quite good, until I ate another one last night Only when a hotel has the number one review does one know that it is really good. 👍You can enjoy the taste of Shaoxing directly from the hotel without leaving the hotel. When I left, I forgot to take my small bag, so I called back to the front desk. The little girl asked me not to go in, so she helped me carry it out. She walked out and I walked in, running in both directions😁😁😁We met at the Lu Xun Memorial Hall, it was so wonderful Thank you, I didn’t ask the little girl her name, which is a pity. It was the rainy season this time, so the elderly and children basically didn’t go out. They were not tired of wandering around the hotel. They will choose this place next time they come to Shaoxing. I took a lot of random photos, and it was really amazing every step of the way. I wanted to take photos of everything I saw, and I couldn’t put my phone down. It's a pity that I can only put 20 photos, and a few are of street scenes outside and the entrances of scenic spots.

An old house with ancient charm and a three-story mansion. It is next to Lu Xun's former residence, so it is a neighbor. It is close to the scenic spot and quiet in the bustling city. It is a loft. The highlight of the bathroom is the large wooden barrel bathtub unique to Shaoxing. There is a faint wood fragrance when you soak in it. . Jiangnan is a land of fish and rice, so it is great to be able to share meals in the hostel. The drunken crabs and large crabs bought from the surrounding supply and marketing market are 50 each, paired with 8-year-old rice wine, drunken, sweet, sweet, and delicious. The hairy crabs bought at the morning market the next day are delicious. There are homemade fennel beans in the store, and many guests weigh them. . Northern barbarians, don't understand. . A very recommended hostel, the proprietress is still charming. . .

The location is absolutely fantastic for visiting Shaoxing. It cannot be beaten. The historic street of Lu Xun is right outside the lobby and most major city sights are within 10 to 20 minute walking distances. Staff is friendly and very helpful. The rooms are comfy and well-appointed done in a stylish traditional Chinese style from the early XXth century. The only problem with the hotel is, outside the room, the facilities are aging poorly and are being used and/or renovated in a rather haphazard way. It's a bit chaotic inside with multiple renovation sites that are not well isolated.

After struggling for a long time between hotels and B&Bs, I finally booked Gulili. Someone confirmed the accommodation with me the day before and arranged the parking. After I arrived, I sent a message and the housekeeper Xiao Zhang came to help with the luggage and confirmed the check-in. The room was clean and tidy, and the bathroom was big enough. Although the environment next to it was average, the interior was very OK. It was very close to Lu Xun's hometown, so I went there early in the morning to avoid the crowds. The toiletries were also very attentive, and the toothbrushes were not the kind of very cheap disposable items. The breakfast was very rich, and I had enough energy to play for a whole morning😄

Today I want to share with you the Qiyu Taoran Hotel located next to the hometown of Lu Xun in Shaoxing. I happened to stay here when visiting Shaoxing. Its location is really good! It's very close to Lu Xun's hometown and Cangqiao Straight Street, and the nearby streets are very unique and full of literary and artistic atmosphere. It's really suitable for living when traveling. The style is relatively young and technological, and you will feel its difference when you walk in. The facilities in the room are also quite complete, with a 100-inch giant screen projection, sensor lighting and fully automatic curtains. It was a very comfortable stay. 0 The hotel also has robots to help deliver groceries, which is very convenient. You can enjoy a moment of tranquility here. There is a laundry room and a gym that can meet various needs. The bedding is also very comfortable.

This shop is especially suitable for our elderly. Next to the attractions, you can come back to rest and then continue to the next attraction. This is the most satisfying store to book. It is also very convenient to eat at the door. The street is delicious. The bath towels and towels are disposable. There is also a disposable toilet cover. I will not use 😂 boss. The hotel's location is most suitable for travelers traveling to Shaoxing by car. There is a huge parking lot in the backyard. Except for the tight parking spaces during dinner in the evening, there are plenty of vacancies at other times. Opposite the hotel is the famous Shen Garden, and it is a ten-minute walk to the former residence of Lu Xun or the Baziqiao Old Street. The hotel's front desk and floor attendants were very polite and courteous. The room was fully equipped with free soda and snacks. I felt comfortable and satisfied in every aspect after staying for two days.

A city I have wanted to visit for a long time. I took advantage of the off-peak travel period during the May Day holiday. Among the many hotels in the central city, I finally locked in Joy City Hotel one day before departure based on my trust in the Atour brand. It turned out to be the right choice. I checked in early and was warmly received by the front desk staff. There is a rest and reading area next to the front desk, which is quite large. There is also a gym and laundry room on the first floor. During my stay, I was politely greeted by the front desk staff when I entered and exited the hotel, and all my reasonable requests were met. The hotel has convenient transportation, with multiple buses at the door. You can take bus No. 1️⃣ from the railway station and get off at the Supply and Marketing Building Station. On the second day of my arrival in Shaoxing, I went to Anchang Ancient Town for a green trip. I took bus No. 5 to Zhijiang College and changed to bus No. 116 to Anhua Road and Huanzhen South Road. There is a store of the famous Tongxinlou in front of the hotel where you can buy fresh food. Meat buns and various pastries. You can also walk to the Tongxinlou main store not far away to queue up to buy the famous shengjian, which is sold at 1.3 yuan per piece. The surrounding attractions are within walking distance to the Qiu Jin Memorial, Dashan Tower, Cangqiao Street, Xixiaolu Historical District (Yangming's hometown), Cai Yuanpei's former residence and the hometown of the Sage of Calligraphy, Shaoxing Museum, and Lu Xun's former residence. A little further away, you can go to Bazi Bridge. For meals, you can go to the opposite Joy City, where there are many choices. The hotel provides self-service Chinese and Western breakfasts as well as noodle stalls, and the variety is rich. There is free drinking water at the elevator entrance for guests to take. The room cleaning will also be called in advance. When checking out, they will politely ask if you want to bring a bottle of water. They are polite and thoughtful everywhere, and the service can be seen in the details. This adds an important touch to this trip to Shaoxing. If friends or family come here, I will strongly recommend this store. I hope Atour will get better and better

Lovely hotel located next to most popular old town street, Cangqiao Street. Also back of hotel is the labyrinth of lovely old waterways. It is set back from main street thru a narrow lane that car cannot access. However is a short lane where you can walk in easily. Or you can call up hotel to pick you up in their golf cart infront of Kong Yi Ji Restuarant on Cangqiao Street (only 5mins away). Breakfast spread is sufficient and delicious. Love my hotel room which is large with modern gadgets. I like to thank this hotel's front desk staff (sorry didnt get her name) who helped me in her off duty time at the side of the hot main street trying to solve my prebooked taxi to Ningbo. The didi rid hailing driver somehow went to wrong pickup address and refuse to budge which eventually i have to cancel it. This wonderful young lady used her mobile app to book my ride cos my app just can't work anymore. A note on the didi linked to Alipay or wechat, very frustrating experience for a foreigner. It will work fine initially then later keep asking for a new credit card input to proceed. Does not work with the new credit card too. Do setup other rid hailing app. besides didi. My Ningbo taxi driver said to call this taxi phone no. 95128 in china (standard no. used in whole of china) to get a taxi, but i have yet to try it out.

This time I brought my mother and baby to Shaoxing for a trip. It was a good choice to choose Shaoxing Hotel. If I come again next time, I will choose to stay here again. Facilities: The room was cleaned very clean. 😀 Environment: This is the first time I chose a garden-style hotel. It is so beautiful, and my mother also praised it. 🥰 Service: The hotel waiters are very friendly. When I go out, I will greet the waiters who clean the guest rooms warmly. 🥰 The free travel photography can only be participated by one person in a room. If there is one more person, an additional fee will be charged. It would be better if two people can use it. Finally, it is a bit regrettable that there was no small gift when I left the hotel. I don’t know if there was no gift at all, or the front desk forgot to give it. 🥺
