Initially my room was not so good, shower was leaking, washbasin was not draining, towel very old and dirty but after I contacted trip.com customer care they have resolved my all issues thank to trip.com, nerarby lot of restaurant specially Indian restaurant, opposite side is coffee shop overall location is very good, front desk staff is very helpful.thanks to trip.com

This spot had an okay placement so we could get around easily on bike and e-bike. However, as we entered it was just an open lobby and very easy for ANYONE to get access to the room floors. The room was okay, cleanliness was okay, but there were pictures of naked rooms in the opening of the door and on the floors. Did not feel like a comfortable and safe place to be even if it might be.

It's quite cozy. The layout is reasonable. There are tables for dining and sofas for leisure. Transportation is also convenient. There are restaurants, fruit shops and breads around. The girl at the front desk is very considerate. She arranged to check in this morning and can also delay check-out. It was a happy trip.

It should be said that it was beyond my expectations. I was worried about the hygiene issues mentioned in many reviews, but after staying here, I think it is completely acceptable. The room type was changed to a family room because of the air conditioning, which is also nice for one person. The only problem is the leakage in the bathroom, which is really a headache! ! Not only is it annoying, but there are also serious safety hazards! !

The ladies are very nice. The room is nice and smart. There are also places to eat around. It's not far from Wanda and it's very convenient to walk over and buy some food.

The environment is clean and has no odor, but it is recommended to separate the shower and toilet in the bathroom, otherwise everything will be wet. The location is close to the scenic spots, and the breakfast buffet tastes good.

I stayed here for more than a week on a business trip. The auntie cleaned the room very well every day. The smart voice service was very convenient. The room was also large, spacious and comfortable. I was quite satisfied. There are also complete supporting facilities such as fruit shops and cake shops around it, and it is not far from Wanda Plaza.
