Hotel dekat Shantou Railway Station, Shantou

When we booked, trip.com showed the walking distance to shantou railway station as 6-7min walk. However when we were there, we realised its impossible to walk! You need to take a didi to the railway station. Staff told us to take didi. It cost rmb10. Apart from location, everything else was good! Loved the clean and huge rooms! Staff allowed early check-in and were extremely polite! Vienna never fails to disappoint. Trip.com should update the maps and information about the hotel so that customers can make more informed choices before choosing.

It is just across the road from Shantou Station. You can get there through an underground passage. It is convenient for transportation. There is a car rental place at the exit of the high-speed railway station. The hotel environment is good, the room is large, and the staff is friendly.

It is very close to Shantou Station, and it takes five minutes to walk from the East Exit and cross the road. The room is warm and quiet, the air conditioner is very powerful, and the store is also thoughtful and then placed a hanger under the air conditioner outlet. It is really a home away from home feeling. ～ A suggestion: It is best to have a full-length mirror in the room. It is still necessary to sort out the overall shape before going out.

But I would like to make a suggestion. I stayed for two days and had breakfast for two days and found that no one came to check the tickets for the buffet breakfast! The breakfast itself is rich and delicious! But there is no ticket checking process, and anyone can come in. This is unfair to customers who have paid for breakfast! I hope it will be improved! Otherwise, why should I spend more than 100 yuan on the room fee?

Services at the breakfast area can be improved to be more polite and attentive with smiles to match the front desk. Smiling and attentiveness will bring the hotel quality to the next level of a 5 star boutique hotel.

There is nothing to complain for my stay in this hotel for 2 days. The staff are so efficient, friendly and helpful. They are trained to be very motivated to help hotel guests esp the staff at the lobby.
