In terms of hygiene, Shantou WV Minwei Hotel also did a very good job. The cleaning work in the room was done very thoroughly, and every corner was spotless. Location is great, close to many tourist attractions and lotsa great food nearby. Service is extremely great! They picked up our luggages upon arrival and provided us many travelling tips as we were first time in Shantou. The interior is amazing, vintage with modern facilities and cleanliness is superb. Service was fantastic. I enjoyed my stay there. They cleaned my room everyday with numerous water supply. The cleaner had a smile on her face everyday even though we couldn’t communicate because she speaks Chinese and I speak English. The team by the reception were very helpful. WiFi was a bit of a mess for me but regardless I’ll choose this hotel anytime I find myself in shantou

I seldom write reviews, but I must give this hotel a good review and thumbs up this time! The hotel is new and odorless, with beautiful environment, complete facilities, clean and tidy rooms, exquisite layout and perfect details. It is very user-friendly and provides a dedicated smoking area, which is really friendly to me as a smoking enthusiast. There is a 24-hour front desk service. The front desk lady is warm and polite. There are many parking spaces at the door and parking is free. The hotel is in a good location, located in the center of the East Coast, very close to the highway exit and MixC, just a few minutes' drive away. The hotel is an independent building, very quiet and not noisy, equipped with an elevator. The 3rd floor is a sky garden with an open-air balcony where you can view the sea and the river. It is worth mentioning that the proprietress's service was warm and thoughtful, and she delivered breakfast to our room on time in the morning.

No regrets paying more for this beautiful homestay! 花多点钱住这里一点遗憾也没有！ My parents, sibling and I stayed for a total of 3 nights in their 4 pax room. It’s a beautiful and tastefully decorated accommodation with personal courtyard and interior. Bed and duvet were so comfortable especially in the chilly weather of 18 ~ 22 degrees. I didn’t spot anything obvious I can complain about regarding the cleanliness of this place, hence 5/5 for cleanliness. Location is perfect (5/5). Next to streets of food places that have good ratings, and super near 万象城 shopping mall (restaurants, luxury shops, retail and more). Anyways cabbing around Shantou is really convenient, fast, and affordable. Even though it is nested amongst other tall residential area, once we close the door we couldn’t hear much noise from outside. Service is 5/5 as well. There’s free pickup and drop off serviced from the railway station. There’s daily fresh fruits delivered to us, as well as chicken soup. There’s also free laundry service which we really appreciate! Staffs were always ready to help and always ready to give recommendations. We really felt their hospitality and they are genuine in providing best service possible. Amenities is 5/5 as well. The hair dryer is Laifen brand which is so strong and sleek looking. They provide disposable towels on top of those reusable towels. Their slippers are fluffy and comfy. They have like everything we need. Bonus: Their residential cat and her kittens are adorable!!! All in all wonderful stay and would stay again if i ever visit Shantou again. Suggestions for improvement: (1) more variety in breakfast options (stayed for 3 nights and felt that some breakfast options would be great), and (2) the shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner are a little too hard to pour out maybe can consider using press bottles.

There is sunny in the middle of summer. I finally came to the Gold Coast of China. ～ My friend said that I don’t want to plan the tour. I just go out and see the sea while I’m talking about it. It’s really good. The day I come to Shantou is to go shopping and eat. It’s really comfortable. 😌😌

Very good location in the city center, very close to the small park and Vientiane City, convenient food and travel. Next to the ferry terminal, you can take the cruise ship, only 1 yuan ticket, you can see the sunset in the afternoon, it is so lucky! 🌅 The waiters are very polite and enthusiastic. They feel more dedicated than the tour guide I found. They help pull the luggage to the room. The service is very thoughtful and makes me feel as warm as the weather in the south. 😊 The environment is super good, the facilities are also very complete, there is a gym and a self-service laundry room, although the price is a bit expensive, but the price is high, the health is also very clean! Very suitable for home travel, the family is very satisfied!

The big bed room is projection. Relatively spacious, clean and comfortable. The lobby on the first floor and a restaurant are very noisy. There are many rooms on two floors but there is only one elevator to wait a long time. The service is relatively okay. The guest house next to the night is in the middle of the night with children and it is still playing in the corridor. It is already two o'clock in the morning. The guest room in the other house is not soundproof. It's really inconvenient for me to live with my children. It stopped at dawn. There is no way to put children's music to sleep. It is useless to complain at the front desk. Maybe the front desk is particularly helpless. But at least in the middle of the night, children run in the corridor and you should take care of it. There is also the door card without the room number, which is too inconvenient.
