The front desk room service is thoughtful, very warm, the room is not too big, but it is OK, clean, the location is very good, it is very convenient to walk a few minutes from the square to see the English song and dance, the New Year's price is a bit expensive, you can see the Chaoyang Yingge is still worth it.

The hotel opened last year, so the room facilities are good. Bath towels and bedding are all OK. The service is just that the front desk staff and the person who answered the phone are not very polite. Can't say hello, how can Hanting Hotel help? ? ? I guess the leaders didn't train them. It would be great if they cleaned it more carefully. Remember to look behind the curtains, are there any toys left by the previous guests? ? ?

The facade is very large, I saw it when I drove over, and there is a free parking space at the door! Check-in at the front desk is very fast, free of deposit, no waiting for check-out. The hotel looks quite upscale. Why is the price so cheap? There is also a free laundry room on the fifth floor. Check-out time can also be until 8 pm. Too cost-effective to stay. I came to Chaoyang on a business trip this time and booked this hotel online in advance. The overall feeling was very good. There was a loving sign in the lobby, which was very nice. It was really helpful for me who was unfamiliar with the place. The laundry room on the seventh floor was also great. I often travel on business and have stayed in many hotels. The laundry room of this hotel was very clean and hygienic. When I went to do laundry, I found that the waiter was cleaning the washing machine. I will choose this hotel again next time I come on a business trip.

My parents, sibling and I stayed for a total of 3 nights in their 4 pax room.
It’s a beautiful and tastefully decorated accommodation with personal courtyard and interior. Bed and duvet were so comfortable especially in the chilly weather of 18 ~ 22 degrees. I didn’t spot anything obvious I can complain about regarding the cleanliness of this place, hence 5/5 for cleanliness.
Location is perfect (5/5). Next to streets of food places that have good ratings, and super near 万象城 shopping mall (restaurants, luxury shops, retail and more). Anyways cabbing around Shantou is really convenient, fast, and affordable. Even though it is nested amongst other tall residential area, once we close the door we couldn’t hear much noise from outside.
Service is 5/5 as well. There’s free pickup and drop off serviced from the railway station. There’s daily fresh fruits delivered to us, as well as chicken soup. There’s also free laundry service which we really appreciate! Staffs were always ready to help and always ready to give recommendations. We really felt their hospitality and they are genuine in providing best service possible.
Amenities is 5/5 as well. The hair dryer is Laifen brand which is so strong and sleek looking. They provide disposable towels on top of those reusable towels. Their slippers are fluffy and comfy. They have like everything we need.
Bonus: Their residential cat and her kittens are adorable!!!
All in all wonderful stay and would stay again if i ever visit Shantou again. Suggestions for improvement: (1) more variety in breakfast options (stayed for 3 nights and felt that some breakfast options would be great), and (2) the shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner are a little too hard to pour out maybe can consider using press bottles.

AAnh-BaoThe grand hotel is located in the city of Chaoyang - a small industrial city - possibly best known for it’s production of undergarment. Chaoyang is approximately 39-45 minutes (by car) away from Shantou city center.
The hotel has recently been elaborately renovated which explains why it - for the most part - looks like it was just recently built and opened. Older reviews are therefor inaccurate.
I visited a friend in the city and during my stay I enjoyed the comfort of one of the hotel’s two-room business suites. Both rooms (living room and bed room) can be separated by a proper door. The bedroom has its own nice big bathroom with a toilet, huge shower and sink.
In the hallway (before the living room) there is a restroom with its very own toilet and sink. This is very practical if you plan to receive guests in your business suite - because they won’t have to walk through your bedroom in order to use the toilet.
I never had a business suite before but when I saw the price and the pictures I suspected it could be an amazing deal - and it absolutely was. I would love to stay at this hotel again.
The hotel has a small restaurant that offers a good Chinese breakfast. A spa and karaoke-bar are located inside the hotel. In my business suite I I never noticed the bar. No noise. I was going to visit the the spa but it was closed due to renovation.

The loft apartment showcases a striking modern design that is both artistic and inviting, creating an ideal environment for relaxation. Its convenient location is another significant advantage; situated near a variety of local and international dining options, the property is merely a 10-minute taxi ride from the high-speed railway station and the largest shopping district in the area. This makes it perfect for both culinary exploration and retail therapy.
A delightful highlight of my stay was the complimentary in-room breakfast for two. This included delicious Chinese dim sum alongside both sweet and salted soya milk, providing a wonderful start to the day. While there is no conventional television in the apartment, the presence of a projector, which supports in-app movies and screen mirroring for Apple and Android devices, offers a unique and enjoyable alternative for entertainment. Additionally, the apartment was equipped with an appropriate number of guest amenities and bathing necessities, ensuring a comfortable stay.
However, there were some drawbacks that warrant attention. One significant concern was the extremely slippery bathroom floor, which could pose safety risks. The addition of an anti-slip mat would greatly enhance guest safety. Furthermore, I found the storage water heater to be somewhat inconvenient, particularly during winter. Waiting 20 minutes for hot water after each shower was frustrating, especially for those who prefer longer showers.
Lastly, as an apartment without a reception area, the check-in process could benefit from clearer instructions. A more straightforward guide for guests would be advantageous.
In conclusion, while the accommodation offers numerous appealing features, addressing these noted drawbacks would significantly improve the overall guest experience.

YYipLocation is near everywhere yet not near everywhere. It's in the middle of everywhere and is considered excellent location if you have access to DIDI transport. As a foreigner, such location would be a huge challenge if only relying on roadside hailing of taxi. The hotel main entrance is in the middle of both ”dropoff” points so either side, still have to walk a little. Not a big issue, unless it's summer which is exactly the season of this trip. even a 1min walk in 35degree is uncomfortable.
Housekeeping is done daily, place is kept very clean, service is amazing, upon check-in, add the front office guy on your wechat and if you need anything or any information, it's just a text away. They don't provide proper towels tho, instead they give 4 one time use towel
Room itself is very nice and interesting, it's a loft unit with high ceiling (I think it should be 6m height), so it's divided with a loft to form 2 ”rooms”. Decor nicely done with curtains for privacy for both rooms. Ample lighting, washing machines inside the unit itself, but dryer is only available at the office which means you have to lug your newly washed clothes down the elevator, hop on the opposite low rise lift and head over to the office to access the dryer
Would I stay here again? I'll explore other hotels that is within walking distance to good food, but cleanliness is still my top priority and this hotel ticked that box

I recently had the opportunity to spend Kaiyad Hotel(Shantou Chenghai Branch)凯亚德酒店（汕头澄海店) Hotel and I must say that my experience was excellent overall. Offered a their 7th floor room with everything I need.
Upon arrival, the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The reception staff was friendly and welcoming, which set a positive tone for my stay. The lobby area was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable seating options available for guests.
The room I was assigned was clean and adequately sized. The bed was comfortable, and the linens were fresh. Although the room decor was modern interior decoration. Especially the toilet is equipped with fully automatic and remote control.
One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast buffet, which was included in the room rate. The quality of the food was perfect, and the dining area was clean and well-organized. Also have open air dining options is excellent.
The staff at Kaiyad Hotel(Shantou Chenghai Branch)凯亚德酒店（汕头澄海店） deserves special mention for their exceptional service. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, every interaction was marked by friendliness and efficiency. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond made my stay truly memorable.

The front desk staff, H, was very patient and had a good service attitude. He also helped me upgrade the room. Great! The hotel is also in a good location. GGuest UserServices and location are pretty good. Hygiene is very good. I like the shower utility the most, it’s really comfortable. I requested for help with the television and the staff was very efficient and helpful. One disappointment is the efficiency of the wifi and charging battery is way too slow. Overall, I had a satisfy experience there!

YYuquanshan2The hotel is larger, has complete facilities and good hygiene. The front desk service is professional, warm and attentive. The location of the hotel is not only close to Zhongshan Park, but also 1000 meters away from the ”small park” in the old street where you can visit the main attractions, old sites and old buildings. As long as you follow the route carefully, you don’t need a bicycle, it’s so convenient.
