What a pleasant surprise to stay at Ibis! Xiaoxian at the front desk greeted us with a smile and checked us in quickly. The room is simple yet stylish, and takeaway food can be delivered to your door by a robot. The breakfast is rich and delicious, and the gym and laundry facilities are complete. The location is good, transportation is convenient, and the price-performance ratio is unbeatable. I will come again next time!

This hotel is absolutely amazing! I was warmly received as soon as I entered the door, and Xiaoyue at the front desk had a smiling face. The room is warm and comfortable, and the bed is very relaxing to sleep on. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of options. There are many snacks around, and you can go out for a walk at night. 這次酒店入住體驗超棒！剛辦理入住，前台小悦，小賢就熱情地給我發了一份超詳細的旅遊攻略，還有本地寶藏美食地址。跟着攻略玩，景點沒踩雷，美食也超合胃口。房間乾淨舒適，設施齊全，床品軟乎乎的，睡起來超安心。服務更是沒得説，有求必應。在這住得太舒心啦，下次來這座城市還選這家，也會推薦給朋友！

預訂的時候看是幾個月之前新開的以為不錯，結果入住發現問題很多 整個房間都是裝修以後沒有充分通風的味道 第一次進房間空調和窗户都已經打開，看來酒店知道房間有味道，不知道為什麼還要拿給客人入住 打掃不充分，甚至還在桌子上找到之前賓客留下的假睫毛 附近市政施工，噪音持續到晚上九點以後 衞生間的換氣裝置不起作用，整個衞生間充斥着地漏返上來的異味 同樣的價格建議入住別家

華住會一如既往的用心做好酒店服務，這次入住的汕頭宜必思酒店，出入交通方便，特别感覺是員工年青有活力，整體服務態度良好。 房間寛敞，漱洗用品香味特别與過往入住的酒店大不相同，印象較深是前台黄洋，小姐姐服務態度認真，主動解决我的疑難及提供方案，真的太赞赞赞赞赞了！👍👍👍
