The location is good.The family room is very big with 3 comfortable beds. But one of the girls at the counter is not so friendly as she looked impatient when we asked her to check the function of the tea table.

The room is spacious and clean.All amenity is ok. Staff is a bit busy but still helpful. location is quiet with good street restaurant around . The park nearby is ok. Peaceful and comfort stay.

This hotel is a good location. There are restaurant and mall nearby open late night. Foreigner can stay here but reception do not speak English but try their best to help. Room is OK and good for a price.

The second time I stayed here, it was very cost-effective. The lady at the front desk upgraded me to a family room with a big king bed and a small bed. The facilities in the room are relatively new after renovation. The location is also good. It's not far from the small park and Longyan Road. It costs about 100 to 200 yuan a night, which is fine.

Twena Hotel is a newly renovated hotel, clean and tidy. I stayed here several times when I traveled to Shantou. Parking is also very convenient and the service is warm and thoughtful. Good reviews!

The hotel is really not worth 900+ per night, it's like a hotel, the front desk staff is unprofessional, the surrounding area is not close to the attractions, you have to take a taxi to go out to visit the attractions, there are no good restaurants, I spent hundreds of dollars on taxis for 3 days, I made the wrong choice
