The room was really nice and the staff very helpful. The location is convenient and there is a nice café located on the rooftop.

The hotel is fantastically designed. It is spacious and comfortable. The staff is extremely helpful and polite making the stay very enjoyable. I booked this hotel on the understanding there was a swimming pool as it was advertised on Trip.com with a swimming pool in their details. However, when we arrived, we were told that it was not a swimming pool that was in use. With 2 kids that was looking forward to swimming, it was a big disappointment.

The service is ridiculously bad. The staff will call you in advance (contact me around 18:00 and send you the self-check-in instructions) to inform you that she is going home to sleep and will be off work at 12:00 in the evening. I arrived at the B&B at 1 a.m. and found that no quilt was provided when I entered the room, and I couldn't find any staff. Later, I called the number I had contacted before many times, but no one answered. I finally got a voice call through WeChat and was told that there were quilts in the laundry room of the B&B (dirty quilts that guests had slept on a few days ago) and I should go get them and just make do with them for the night. When I found them, they were too dirty, so I sent another WeChat voice call to explain the problem (the WeChat message said that someone had been asked to get you a quilt, but actually they meant a quilt cover). Only then did a man bring you a quilt cover. The man said that he was not a staff member, he was just helping to deliver the quilt cover, and you need to put on the quilt cover yourself. I had no choice but to toss and turn until after two o'clock, and could only put on the quilt and endure it until dawn. If it is fabricated, God will punish you. Except for the fact that a cleaning lady suddenly opened the door the next morning and explained that the room was under maintenance so there were no quilts, she didn't know how anyone was living there. It was ridiculous. All communication from check-in to check-out was via text or voice on WeChat. There was no other staff member around until I left the hotel. I hope that other guests will not experience what I experienced. I am writing this article to remind everyone to be vigilant and not fall into the trap again.

When I first saw the hotel entrance, I thought I had stepped on a thunderbolt. It feels different once you go up to the 7th floor. The self-service check-in is very smart. When you go down to the 6th floor, the hotel area is decorated and comfortable. You don’t necessarily need to swipe a card at the door. You can enter by pressing the password. It is very convenient. The room is very casual, comfortable and hygienic. Each shower room has floor heating service. The hotel has door-to-door breakfast service. There are coffee, biscuits and other snacks in the self-service area. The butler also had a nice smile. all is well.

In the end, I was very depressed because I had clearly ordered two large rooms, but one of them turned out to be a small one. I was refunded 150 yuan for the other room, but what we care about is not the money, but the experience.

Environment: Very quiet and tasteful Spa bath bag: I usually don’t dare to take a bath when I stay, so the hotel will provide a disposable bath cover, which is a surprise Service: I accidentally left the ring in the room. The staff found it and mailed it to my home. Thank you very much.

這一次選擇這個民宿非常不錯，環境很優雅，房間也很獨特，設備先進，小姐姐服務非常好，而且7樓還有咖啡廳，環境也適合聚餐，這裏離南澳島也方便出入，吃行穿住都很方便，值得推薦。
