The room is quite big and the location of the hotel is very good, right in the ancient city, but I felt a little stuffy sleeping inside, maybe because of altitude sickness, I'm not used to it. There is no air conditioning in the room, but there is an electric blanket. The hygiene is OK. Overall it's OK.

The room is large, well decorated in ******* style, and clean. The owner is friendly, helping to carry the luggage upstairs, and also inviting us to drink their own butter tea. Shangri-La is too cold these days, I suggest you come back in a few days, recommended.

The room is quite satisfactory, but the sound insulation is really bad. The socket at the head of the bed can't be plugged in at all. It's always loose. Living on the first floor is really noisy. The water from the sink always flows to the floor and next to it.

Good location which very close to each attraction point at Ancient town in Shangri-La but overall the furniture and amenities is quite old. The quality of toiletries provided are below expectations but value for money

The room is really cild during the day when there is no heat, we got first room without a door to the toilet, and the heater worked really bad, they switched our to another room. Except it the room was big, clean and great location

Very good value for money for this accommodation.
The underfloor heating comes on from 7pm and quickly heats the room.
On the other hand, the reception was not very good.
