Our host was generous and knowledgeable and really made us feel at home. Was a great help in organising Meili Snow Mountain sunrise tour and recommending everything Shangri-la had to offer. Rooms were also thoughtfully and comfortably furnished and exactly as pictures show.

Very nice and beutiful hotel. Staff very friendly and always smilling even have language barrier. Free breakfast provide. Since we are muslim, we only ate boilled eggs, corn and potatos. We even got room upgarde for this stay. They also send us to raillway station for complimentary. will recomend this hotel to our malaysian friends if they want to visit Shanggri-la

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a really great experience. The place was clean and well-maintained, which made our stay very comfortable. The owner and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our time there and give us some small gift.Have projector in every room. Overall, I truly enjoyed our stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Plus: staff hotel have free pickup & drop off to train station.

An Absolute Gem with the Most Wonderful Host! Chen Dongmei Our stay in Shangri-La was made truly exceptional thanks to the host at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly kind—she even went out of her way to pick us up at the train station and helped us find a day trip at a reasonable price. And when we get back from our long day, she offered us a Yak milk, which is truly what we need. Thumbs up to the consideration Her enthusiasm for supporting guests is outstanding! The room itself was a dream: large, beautifully decorated, and featured both a bathtub and a projector—a perfect luxury after a long day of exploring. The complimentary breakfast was served with a warmth that truly touched us. We highly, highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Shangri-La who is looking for a heartwarming stay and a super nice room. Highly recommend to anyone who will be visiting Shangrila

Stayed in 4 rooms with my family of 6. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. There were projectors in every room. Location is on a quiet street and is a 5-10 minutes walk to the Ancient Town Square which is convenient. Hospitality of the staff is great, they helped to collect some packages that were meant to be delivered there. Will recommend!

Place was easy to locate as it was outside the ancient city, however within walking distance as well. Staff gave fruits daily, and offered us a ride to the station as well when we were leaving. Room was spacious, although they gave once off disposable towels to use instead which we were not used too, but they gave us proper towels when we asked. Would come back again if I do visit.

They are very hospitable! The guy at the counter helped to carry our luggage! They even helped to arrange front seats for the toast banquet 土司宴 for us and also to go for horse rides at a cheaper price. The amenities include a washer n dryer which made it super convenient for us. We loved the projector tv in the room. The design and aesthetics of the room were so nice and spacious too! A number of overseas tourists checked in there too. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. Would totally recommend to anyone who visits shangrila!
