Hotel staff (小羊）was very helpful and readily helped us prepare the hot water for the outdoor bath (not spring water as it is a distance away from source). The room can be voice controlled so we had lots of fun talking to xiao du. Washing machine is available for use free of charge and the snacks/fruits/night time drinks were a lovely touch. Water temperature was problematic though as it was always too hot or too cold. While quiet at night, the location is pretty far from the main sights at dukezong old town.

There’s a quite abit of construction going on around the hotel and the room initially assigned was right beside a construction site. The noise was quite bad at night and in the morning but the staffs were really friendly and accommodating. After we feedback about the noise at midnight, they went to speak to the construction workers but when it didn’t work, they took the initiative to have our room immediately changed to a location further away from the noise. Room is spacious and comfortable. Hotel is located about 20mins walk away from the ancient town. However by car, the hotel may be a little hard to find due to the constructions around the area. GPS would always direct to the 1st floor of the hotel instead of the hotel main entrance.

這次帶家人入住錦鳶私湯·富氧智慧酒店體驗非常不錯！首先下了高鐵，就有小哥在站外等候接站了。高鐵站到酒店也就十多分鐘車程，很方便。入住前台小哥非常熱情，幫着提行李拉箱子完全不用你動手。曼月小姐姐還給我們獻上了潔白的哈達，非常nice。房間不大，但是非常乾淨整潔，設施都很新，衞生間是智能馬桶，浴缸也很棒。另外還配備了加濕器和製氧機。房間裏都是一次性浴巾，很衞生。每天前台小哥和小姐姐會送來水果、堅果糕點等小零食，而且味道還不錯。晚上睡覺前還會送來晚安牛奶，很貼心。酒店有藏族服飾免費穿了拍照，孩子非常喜歡。早餐在一樓，味道我覺得不比外邊餐館差，步行到獨克宗古城也就十分鐘。石板路走着走着就到了。特別感謝曼月小姐姐，人漂亮，服務態度特別好，退房那天孩子有點發燒，還找來了額温槍，走的時候還説可以報銷打車費（打車費就不用啦，感謝），總之是一次非常棒的入住體驗，下次來香格里拉還住你們這。
