Saya tidur nyenyak setiap hari, tempat tidurnya sangat nyaman, dan nyonya rumah akan memberi saya secangkir susu panas setiap malam untuk membantu saya tidur. Dia juga menyewakan mobil listrik untuk saya keluar. Lokasinya sedemikian rupa sehingga taksi bisa langsung menuju pintu. Saat keluar, belok kiri dan jalan lurus selama 5 menit untuk mencapai kota kuno. Pasokan oksigen di kamar sangat penting di dataran tinggi.Lokasinya strategis.Anda dapat mencapai pintu selangkah dengan mobil/taksi dan 5 menit berjalan kaki ke kota kuno Dukezhong.Ada banyak restoran dan minimarket di dekatnya adalah tempat tidur king size dan sangat nyaman untuk tidur. Ada sofa juga.Terima kasih.

Hotel ini berada di lokasi yang sangat bagus, tepat di kota kuno Dukezong. Anda dapat naik taksi langsung ke pintu hotel. Nyonya rumah sangat antusias dan meningkatkan kamar kami secara gratis. Dia juga memberi kami buah setelah check-in dan susu panas malam itu, yang sangat enak. Ruangan itu besar, baru dan bersih. Kamar memiliki toilet pintar, bak mandi memiliki penutup bak mandi sekali pakai, dan bahkan cangkir obat kumur berwarna Mermaid. Ketika kami akhirnya pergi, bos mengirim kami ke stasiun kereta. Pengalaman keseluruhannya luar biasa!

Staff is friendly, caring and helpful, even able to provide you an oxygen tank treatment for your emergency in case lacking of oxygen! Premises hygiene is clean and room is spacious. Cat is cute too!

- They provided a free pickup/drop-off service to and from the Shangrila train station contacted them via wechat - My room had a stale, smoky smell, which was a bit disappointing. - The hotel is located near Dukezong Ancient City, making it very walkable. - The heated floor was very helpful during the cold winter. - The room was clean, but I didn’t like the cigarette smell. - There was no air conditioning or fan in the room

Located near the entrance of Dukezong Ancient City, just a short walk away and away from the hustle and bustle. Room was spacious and modern. The projector was huge and great to use. We had fun using Xiaodu too.

This is the best hotel in shangri la, the boss is so nice and he gave us an upgrade. If I come to shangri la next time I will come to this hotel for sure 🥰🥰! I’m sooo satisfied

The room was spacious and modern. The heated flooring and room was great in winter! Comfortable bed and good water pressure (hot water). Hotel was located within walkable distance to dukezong old town. Didi is able to drop us off right at the doorstep so no lugging of our luggages through the flooring required. Highly recommend to all and they have a cute and friendly cat!

Overall it was nice, but could be cleaner. The daily room cleaning was cursory and the shower leaks water into the toilet room. The location is good and the staff are friendly. We liked the projector and the bed was comfortable.

Hotel is really nice, this is the nicest hotel our whole china trip. Hotel looks new and host is friendly, they helped us carry our luggage up to the room. We came mid December and it was so cold but the moment you enter the hotel it is very warm. The room is warm enough as well and the water pressure is good and warm water easily available for shower.
