Hotel dekat Xintiandi, Shanghai

Location is everything, Langham has always been tip top in soft and hard ware. Staffs are well trained and professional, always helpful. Hotel amenities are just great, nothing more to be improved.

Location is fabulous in stylish Xintiandi, a great area for shopping & dining. Rooms are spacious, equipped with mood lighting, however I find it a bit dark for my liking. Bathroom has LED built mood lighting installed on the bathtub and one on the wash basin which feels a bit tacky. But hey, it’s not everyday you would see those kind of features in your bathroom. Breakfast is good. Happy hour with free flow wine and champagne every evening at their lobby lounge are really appreciated. The pool & gym on basement floor on the other hand feel a bit underwhelming.

Room furniture etc was rather old and areas with wall paper showing signs of water peeling off. Counter service and luggage handlers were excellent. However, the staff at the morning buffet was terrible except for a lady. The rest of the crew were rather rude and do not greet diners. Food variety was lacking and miserable. Location of the place was excellent though.

Easy to get around with DiDi , not too far from Nanjing road.(i prefer this area which is not too packed and not too touristy .). Malls is around . Walkable to eat many things (Starbucks is near by too)

You can only able to see the pearl tower at the end of the corridor. The families room that I book was taken by a family member who extend their stay. The hotel upgrade me to 2 room with double bed. The hotel do not have connecting room and it will have problem if you have small kids travelling as there are no connecting room .

Friendly staff and efficient service. Hot tea upon arrival. You can simply inquire or request anything on WeChat and they will send a robot up with things you need or your takeaways. Room was clean. 10 mins walk to big shopping malls. Had a good stay, highly recommended.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in total. The hotel has an excellent location. It’s very near to the metro station and from there you are well connected to the entire city and even to the airport and railway stations. Lots of food options near by and very close the people square.  The only and the biggest problem we had with this hotel was the smoking. There are everywhere signs that the hotel supports non smoking. But literally every single night our room would be full of cigarette smoke coming from our neighbours. The lift and the floor was stinking every single day. I couldn’t find out where exactly the smoke was coming in our room but most probably through ventilation system because our neighbours were smoking inside the room.  It was not easy sleeping in that room and also the food delivery men, i personally think they should not be allowed to enter the rooms. They should deliver food at the reception and that’s all. They smoke right outside the entrance door and every time they enter the lift they leave the smell behind. But if the smoke smell doesn’t bother you then you can book this hotel. The Staff downstairs are very nice and willing to help with anything you need.

From hongqiao T2 airport/ pudong airport line2 (green) stop At people park metro exit 11 walk +- 1km (10min) to this hotel Hotel inside complex, near lawson 24h and lianhua supermarket (local product) and some chinese restaurant We stay 5night, everyday cleaning service change new towel and mineral water for complimentery. Ac, heater, hot water no issues. Everything great. Will back to this hotel when visit shanghai

Love this hotel! We are from Malaysia and did DIY travel ourselves. Free and easy. This hotel location is 100% perfect - just across the metro station (Laoximen) and walk up 800m you will find a mosque (for muslims). So halal food is also nearby. If you are up to people watching, walk up further you can find Yuyuan Garden! This hotel is the perfect location for us! The check in staff, despite not speaking English well were great and Yi Mo and friends definitely tried very best to make our stay enjoyable. Kudos Demores Hotel. Will recommend you guys definitely!

Friendly, welcoming, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that guests had a positive experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt like a valued guest rather than just another customer. Lastly, I would be remiss not to mention the delicious Chinese breakfast on offer. A hearty and satisfying start to the day, the breakfast was a delightful surprise and added an authentic touch to my stay. In conclusion, I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient place to stay in the city center. With its close proximity to the metro station, friendly staff, and delicious Chinese breakfast, it truly has everything you could want in a hotel. The only downside I can think of is that the establishment could offer a bit more in terms of amenities, which is why I've given it 4 stars instead of 5. Nonetheless, it was still a wonderful experience and one I would not hesitate to repeat in the future.
