I chose this one after a long search. It is new, beautiful and in a good location. Environment: I like the overall style! I was attracted by the design style when I checked in. I like the lights in the corridor and the entrance door of the room is also very beautiful. The green countertop in the room fits the overall design very well. I like it. The small socket on the sofa is also very detailed Hygiene: The whole hotel is very clean and comfortable. Whether it is the room, the lobby or the bathroom, it is very clean and comfortable. It is also cleaned very cleanly every day. Service: From check-in to check-out, the service is excellent! The welcoming guy at the door delivered the takeaway super fast! We ordered a lot and felt a little embarrassed later, but the attitude of each guy was super good! Our housekeeper Jenny Xiaowang is super nice! Quick response, high efficiency, and very appropriate arrangement! High praise! The aunt and brother who cleaned the room are also very nice! They greeted me proactively and cleaned up in a timely and clean manner! When turning down the bed, they will also provide face washcloths and masks! ! It's really considerate. Daily washing service or ironing and drying service for 3 pieces of daily clothes: This service is very convenient for business trips or weddings like us! In summary, the experience is very good, whether it is the location, scenery or service. If I have to find fault, it is that the room door can be more soundproof, and there is still a gap when the bathroom door is closed to see the bed, hahaha, everything else is perfect. I will choose to stay there next time I go to Shanghai.

Lujiazui Area
The hotel is in one of the best locations. We were early and were told that we couldn’t check in the room by 2 o’ clock - no problem. When we got back at 4 our luggage was already put into our room. Unfortunately the room was only set up for two, while we booked and were using it by 3 persons. The room is great but needs some attention, old lcd tv that showed wear and tear and don’t understand some of the design choices, such as not extending the red velvet all the way at least to the end of the bed. A tv was in the mirror buoying, but no remote and was not working anymore. This hotel had a good pool, small but nice and there was a sauna, but it was closed for maintenance, but there was a steam room. Unfortunately, that could use some maintenance as well. Very little steam was produced, a lot a mosaic tiles were missing and there was some backdrop piece missing. Also in the pool area there were two experience showers, but both were not operational and in need of an urgent update. The breakfast was ok, but the selection was limited computing other 5 star hotels. Overall, I believe there are better options in Shanghai. The hotel feels outdated and in need of an urgent update.
