JW Marriott Hotels in Shanghai

Lovely stay on the 43rd floor. Lovely room with very comfortable slippers and robe. Executive lounge was nice and the afternoon snacks and drinks were very good The breakfast eggs that were freshly made were very nice but the buffet food was only luke warm. Staff were wonderful and very friendly. Overall a very nice stay

I was welcomed as soon as I arrived. The concierge helped me with the luggage and when I for upstairs to the lobby I was greeted by the lobby staff. Anna was very friendly and arranged a great room for my stay. The room cleanliness was perfect and I enjoyed this stay. Thanks for great service!

When I checked in, I asked if I could upgrade my room type. The waiter was very enthusiastic to help me check and upgraded the room to a lake view room. The room was very spacious and spacious, with dry and wet separation. There were two types of bathing: a bathtub and a shower. Many five-star hotels in China are very shabby and do not have smart toilets, but the rooms of J W Marriott Hotel are equipped with very comfortable smart toilets. The waiters were very polite, and Zhou Yulan's service attitude made us feel particularly kind. She was very serious and meticulous when working. The hotel has complete facilities and is a veritable five-star hotel.
