Teman-teman mengatakan ini sangat bagus, sangat istimewa, dan sekarang saya akhirnya memiliki kesempatan untuk tinggal di salah satunya. Hotel ini terasa seperti rumah. Sangat sangat peduli. Pertama-tama, kopi, Minibar, dll semuanya gratis. Kedua, fasilitas kamar mandi sangat baik. Kamarnya tidak besar tetapi dirancang dengan sangat baik. Ada juga kejutan, ada angin topan ketika kami check in. Poppy di meja depan dengan hangat mengatakan kepadanya untuk tidak keluar sebanyak mungkin, dan memperhatikan angin. Dan menyiapkan payung untuk saya, penuh teliti dan perhatian. Sarapan diambil pada satu waktu, dan variasinya cukup kaya. Sebuah hotel yang sepadan dengan harganya.

Always clean and well presented. Room was slightly smaller this time but more than adequate for a solo traveler. Decided not to eat at hotel as there are so many options nearby. Asked for and received a late checkout time which was great. This hotel is great value and the location is second to none.

I felt that the room was extremely small,it was barely wide enough for the bed. The breakfast was very poor it only had Chinese selections and not a great variety. To be truthful it was very disappointing,one of the things I look forward to when I travel is the western breakfast options in hotels,and this one gets a zero

My go to hotel for business in the area. Greta design. All empties that I need. Great price. Clean. Good food.

The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the metro station "Oriental sports centre" and very near the shopping malls Tai koo li and the Crystal plaza. My only gripe is that I had to carry my luggage up the stairs at the hotel entrance. The room is very clean and stylish. I love that there is a laundry room on every floor. Although there is only one stack, I hardly see any other users. There is even a coffee machine in the laundry room. The hotel is great for solo travellers, but not so much for couples as there is limited space in the room.

The hotel is 5 mins walk the mtr station and a big shopping mall. The design of the hotel is in Japanese style. The lobby area and cafe area is big and so it is comfortable to work there. The room is spacious for a single person.

We were looking for a reasonably priced 4 or 5-star hotel, that is close to Snow Peak. This hotel is within walking distance. The design is amazing and the reception team was great. We got in quite late in the evening and I didn't catch the name of the gentlemen who checked us in, but he was friendly helpful, and quick. The next morning, Totti helped us to have a later check out and supported us in arranging some coping for a business arrangement. The hotel is within walking distance of Snow Peak, were you can find a variety of restaurants and high-end shopping. Within the hotel, there is a cozy bistro-style area where they serve breakfast and refreshments. They also have a lounge area to meet friends. The hotel's design is truly artistic and smart. We enjoyed our room and the way they used the space. It was clean, had great coffee in the room. We will stay here again!

Warm and friendly front desk. Clean and stylish room facilities. Breakfast is decent. Would recommend this hotel

Very nice boutique hotel, compact but some very nice touches in the room

The hotel is located near Oriental Sports Complex metro and opposite NYU campus. The hotel is near to the Qiantan Taikoo Mall. Service is excellent and the rooms are very clean and modern. All facilities are controlled by a screen and you can adjust your room temperature an lighting to your requirements.

The bathroom smells like sewer. However, great service and good room.

Great and modern hotel with wonderful amenities! The cleanest hotel I’ve experienced in Shanghai and is quite close to the metro in a up and coming area just in front of NYU Shanghai! Easy access to metro lines! Will be back for sure.

The hotel was great, room was furnished with smart home control lighting etc., classy interior design and efficient use of the limited 20ish sq meter space have given guest more comfort despite the room space limitations, service was nice and staff were friendly, after all it’s all reflected in the high room price charged to guest
