Lingkungan bersih, nyaman, pelayanan ramah. Lokasi strategis, dekat dengan Taikoo Li dan Crystal Mall.

Kamarnya bersih, suasananya nyaman, dan staf pelayanannya sangat ramah. Mereka juga membantu saya menentukan waktu check-out (jika keadaan memungkinkan), yang sangat membantu. Perjalanan ini sempurna!

Teman-teman mengatakan ini sangat bagus, sangat istimewa, dan sekarang saya akhirnya memiliki kesempatan untuk tinggal di salah satunya. Hotel ini terasa seperti rumah. Sangat sangat peduli. Pertama-tama, kopi, Minibar, dll semuanya gratis. Kedua, fasilitas kamar mandi sangat baik. Kamarnya tidak besar tetapi dirancang dengan sangat baik. Ada juga kejutan, ada angin topan ketika kami check in. Poppy di meja depan dengan hangat mengatakan kepadanya untuk tidak keluar sebanyak mungkin, dan memperhatikan angin. Dan menyiapkan payung untuk saya, penuh teliti dan perhatian. Sarapan diambil pada satu waktu, dan variasinya cukup kaya. Sebuah hotel yang sepadan dengan harganya.

The hotel has a fantastic location — very convenient and close to the Shanghai Oriental Sports Indoor Stadium, which was perfect for us as we attended the XIN Liu XANADU concert there. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful; no matter what we asked, they assisted us promptly and with a smile. The room was clean and comfortable, and even the housekeeping staff were very kind and welcoming. Overall, a great stay and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Shanghai, especially if you’re attending an event at the stadium nearby!

The hotel is top tier. Service mind is the best. All staff can speak English. I stayed 3 different hotels in this trip this hotel is my favorite place especially Miss Judy she was very kind and help me a lot before I go to China. I asked her to keep my mail until the date I check in although she was not there when I arrived but she asked another staff to send them to me. Highly recommend who looking for hotel around this area

Good location if you are having meetings or work in the hood. The hotel lobby has a good flexible working space. A pity is that the room is too high tech that things can be out of control sometimes. Good breakfast

I’m very happy with my stay at The Shàng by Artyzen Qiantan Shanghai! From the moment I arrived, the hotel impressed me with its stylish design. The rooms are beautifully appointed — modern, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, offering a great blend of luxury and ☺️ . Every corner of the hotel feels curated with care, creating a space that is both elegant and welcoming. The amenities are top-notch, I like the Gym💪🏻! and the location in Qiantan is convenient yet peaceful. My only slight letdown was the breakfast. While there was a fair variety on offer, the taste didn’t quite match the overall excellence of the hotel. It lacked that wow factor🤔 I was hoping for, especially given how fantastic everything else was. That said, this was a minor blip in an otherwise exceptional experience. I would absolutely return and recommend The Shàng to anyone visiting Shanghai — just don’t set your expectations too high for breakfast even if you are seeing a wide spread of choices.

A comfortable hotel for my stay while I attended a conference. Discount at the restaurant next door was appreciated.

This is my second time to stay in a hotel. The bathroom area is clean and close to metro station

The hotel is clean and modern, but the rooms are a little bit snug for two persons. The hotel is located NYU a big shopping mall which makes it attractive to visiting professors. There is also a good spread of restaurants and shops in the big shopping mall the biggest letdown breakfast bread there were only a few items and nothing really suitable for those with lacto ovo intolerance. I would have wished for some salad or fruits as these are basic offerings in other comparable hotels .

The hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly. Would recommend for a business trip or friendly travel. I was a little late for checkout and the staff were super nice about it and allowed me stay stay 15 more minutes after checkout time👌

Great value and amenities for the price. New, clean and super convenient to the nearby mall and a quick taxi from Xintiandi.
