Ulasan Central Loop Hotel

The hotel charged me a deposit of $560.74, but returned $460.74 without any reason deducting $100. They still didn’t give me back the $100 overcharged for no reason!

I've never had such an experience before. In my whole life I barely give 2 stars feedback to property, honestly I just wanna give 1 star feedback but the residents are friendly and nice that why I add one more star for them. The location is really convenient, room setting is super clean and organization. However, the black old lady who works at front desk is really mean and rude, she tried to bully me when I was checking in. Her service attitude likes she's guest I'm staff, and I owed her money, too. After check in my mood is really down, so I can't get any reason is why I pay almost $400 a night come here to get treatment like that. If you come to check Chicago I won't recommend this hotel for, or if you like the hotel but don't come to check in around 11am-1pm on Saturday！

I was there because of the Chicago marathon. I stayed in the hotel for totally 3 nights and the experience was alright. It is easy to access to public transport but still if you look for a hotel with better neighborhood, it is recommended to stay near the Magnificent Mile area.

I'm amazed at how affordable this hotel in the Loop is. Sure, the rooms aren't huge, but the location is unbeatable. I can easily walk to the river, the Art Institute, and there's a food court just steps away. It's the perfect base for exploring the city.

My stay at the Central Loop Hotel was disappointing at best. When I arrived to my room it was filthy, there was hair on the floor and the blanket on my bed was noticably dirty. I called down to housekeeping to have them come the room and they told me that if I needed the room cleaned I would need to call in the morning before 10:30 am, meaning that I needed to sleep with the dirty blanket. I made sure to call them at nine the next morning before I went out for the day and they told me that the housekeeping was already full for the day (not surprising given the condition of my room). When I pressed them and said that it was really imperative that someone come up to my room they said they would send someone up. By the time I got back from the city around 3:00pm nobody has cleaned the room. When I went down to talk to them, the staff didn't apologize but said they would send someone down later. I just got back to the room again and it's about 10:00pm and the room still hasn't been cleaned. The staff was super unhelpful during my stay and I would not recommend staying here.

The room is clean. The environment is good. The accommodation is OK. The service is OK. It is cheap for business trips near Chicago. It is four subway stations away from the Convention Center. It is quite convenient. It is highly recommended.

It's just a good hotel to stay for a day or two in downtown. It's clean and cozy. The location is good. There's a blue line to O'Hare Airport - Monroe station right in front, so I stayed here for my last night.

Good service, although the cost was higher than usual, I had previously visited them and it is a good place to stay and the gym facilities are nice.

The hotel is in the city center. We checked in at 12:30.

The hotel has a good location, convenient check-in, and is clean. It is worth recommending.

This is my second time staying at the Central Loop Hotel. The location is great. The Art Museum of Chicago is on the right hand side of the door. The Chicago Central Station is on the left hand side of the door after crossing a bridge. It is convenient for travel.
