寫了這麼多，衹想給出來不想被影響心情的客人一個客觀呈現。 1）酒店及周圍環境確實挺好也挺乾淨，五樓中餐廳味道不錯。 2）挺適合遛娃的一個酒店，但服務真的是很拉垮，一共在酒店吃了兩頓正餐一頓早餐，三頓飯就看到了兩次客户在餐廳和酒店有爭議。我們第一頓午餐也不愉快，但餐廳領班至少態度一直很好。 3）小火車到點沒人來開，催促後找人來開，下車後才説這是收費項目，也沒有看到任何標識，交涉後最終沒有收費。 4）室內小童樂園也是收費的，這些在入住時前台都無告知，並且在我晚上八點多向前台詢問閉園時間等問題時前台依然不告知是收費的，帶了寶寶到了樓下才被攔住説收錢，當時距離閉園衹有半小時左右，於是我們協商我們付完錢玩一會兒，然後第二天早上再來玩一會兒可以嗎？工作人員全程虎着臉始終重複幾個字：按規定不可以，按規定不可以。

給孩子訂的，環境很不錯
