Senz Suites Xiao Xia Ting Hotel Apartment

I made an appointment with friends to meet up at Xiadu Town. When I checked in at the apartment front desk in the afternoon, no one was there. I didn't see anyone for a long time. Later, I found the mobile phone number left by the apartment and contacted them to check in. When I came back from the tour in the evening, I told my friends that the hotel I booked was more cost-effective. After all, it was 200 cheaper than Manxin Mansion (I later found out that I was greedy and it was really not as good as Manxin Mansion). I took my friends to visit my room. Two minutes after I entered the door, I received a call from the front desk staff. He asked me to register in a rude tone. I told him that my friend would not check in. He just looked and left. Two minutes later, he came up and knocked on the door again. His attitude seemed to be that I owed him something. I came to have fun, not to be bullied. This is the first time I have encountered such a service attitude. Next, let's talk about the check-in experience. The room does not require a card, which is very convenient. There is no towel rack in the bathroom, and there is no place to hang a towel. There are shower gel and shampoo samples in the shower room, but the shampoo ones are useless. The shower gel feels like it has been added with water and is very diluted. I basically used it up after taking a shower. The tea bags and coffee bags provided, I found that the tea bags were expired, and the coffee bags were also about to expire. The room provides two bottles of green Nongfu Spring (the green one is the cheapest). The start and stop sound of the refrigerator compressor is very obvious when sleeping at night. This is not good for sleep quality and may have a greater impact. I went to my friend's Manxinfu to compare. It is a world of difference. I regret choosing this one. Whether it is service or hardware, it is unsatisfactory. It is completely unrelated to the so-called luxury room. Personal experience, for reference only
