It's a nice hotel and the staff is so co-operative and it's very near from Line 7 metro station also lots of Indian cuisine restaurants are nearby.

I stayed for 3 nights, staff is so friendly and helpful. Room was good and cleaned with window. Breakfast was great.

Wanhe Zhizhen Hotel is a self-operated comfortable high-end hotel located at No. 481 Changshou Road. The front entrance display is very good and easy to find. The hotel is very close to the subway station and it takes 35 minutes to reach Hongqiao Airport and Hongqiao Railway Station. There are many banks around the hotel, and it is convenient for dining and shopping. There are dozens of buses within 500 meters, and you can easily take the Line 7 subway line. The hotel provides a free business office area in the lobby and free tea bags and drinking water delivered to the room. All the hotel staff sincerely look forward to your visit again and wish you and your family success in your work and happiness every day!

Location is an easy walk from subway, but the first room they gave me had pee stains. The floor was also wet, and after waiting 30 minutes, nobody came to mop it clean even after I asked twice... They upgraded my room, but it was still quite dusty and the Xiaomi Air Purifier in it was not well-maintained. Also, the hotel's 2nd floor is exposed to this strange massage place. I stayed for 2 days, but there are always men smoking at the open staircase, so it always feels bad. The lobby has an espresso machine. The front desk girl feels stressed and unfriendly... The free laundry can only be done by the auntie, and they refuse to wash your socks or underwear... So I am washing my socks and underwear in the toilet sink now...

The is at a very good location. It's just 3 to 5 minutes away from the subway. The staff is very cooperative, particularly Jinjin, provided very professional service and helped me arrange a taxi to the airport. Thanks Jinjin for your good service.

The room is in very good sanitary condition, and the facilities are very complete. The front desk lady is very nice and helped to upgrade it. I am very happy. The environment of the hotel is what I like. It is also very convenient to travel. Takeaway food can also be delivered to me. There are many delicious foods nearby. The price-performance ratio is super high. I come here often and I like it very much.

Facilities: Very old, changed two rooms, the bedside sockets can't charge Hygiene: Average, there is dust in the water and tea bags, the corridor carpet looks dirty Environment: It's OK, at an intersection, easy to find, soundproofing is average Service: No service, the delivery man can't go up, you have to come down to get it yourself

The hotel service is very good. The beautiful lady at the front desk is very nice. She helped me store my luggage. She is very considerate. The room is quite big and relatively quiet. I am very satisfied.
