Everything was great from check-in to check-out. The front desk were very professional and the cleanliness of my room was outstanding. When I need to stay in this area of Shanghai again, I will definitely choose the Four Points.

Comfortable stay, room clean, quiet environment, but a bit far from city area, shopping mall. Still value for money

Excellent location near the subway. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. They even let me take away breakfast as I got up late and had a morning meeting. Rooms are clean and have all the amenities required for solo or business travel. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel is nice and clean. Comfy bed but the AC is warm for the weather cannot use the duvet feels sweaty.

The rooms were clean but super hot. The AC was not working yet because it is too early. They promoting the bar in lobby but it was not open. They have a vendor machine you can buy drinks and there is street food later in front of the hotel. They offer a shuttle bus for Disneyland for free. That worked super well. Breakfast was good and has many choices.

The location is very good. I will choose to stay here every time I go to Disneyland. It takes only about an hour to transfer to the city center for shopping on Line 11. It is very convenient. It is only two stops to Disneyland. There are also buses for pick-up. The hotel smells good and is very clean. The staff are very friendly and enthusiastic. The cleaning lady is also very good. There is a Tims coffee shop downstairs. It is also very convenient to get a cup of coffee before going out to play. In short, I will choose this place every time I come in the future. I like it very much.
