The hotel is very shabby in every aspect, and the front desk manager just passes by and ignores everything. Because the bathtub in our room was leaking so badly, after a 5-minute shower the entire floor was covered in water, so we had to be very careful when washing. Then I went to the front desk and asked them for an explanation. They said they had never known about this, and then they gave us two cups and sent us to the front desk. When we went to the front desk, the manager didn't even say sorry to us, but just called a young girl at the front desk who kept telling us that there was nothing they could do. This kind of hospitality attitude is 10 points bad, and we do not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. Apart from its relatively close locationto Shanghai Station, other sanitary facilities are extremely simple, as if we have returned to the 1990s. I'll say it again. It is impossible not to know about the water leakage because if you just turn on the water in the bathroom, the entire floor will be covered with water.
