Close to center by walking distance, helping staff, and good environment. The rooms are bit old need renovations, food isn’t that good. Overall good place for stay close to center.

Unfortunately this wasn't the greatest room for us. It was especially dark, even when every light was on it was still dark. The rug was filthy and the wall had a large crack. For us, the bed was hard and not comfortable. On a positive note, the bathroom was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

My first time staying at this hotel and thought it was pretty good. Very close to many restaurants and shopping malls. The price is attractive too. The room came with a refrigerator and the hotel provided many bottles of water. The bed was hard as a rock, but I slept well. If I needed to stay in this area, I’d stay here again.

The hotel was in quite a good location, near the metro from which you could get to the center very quickly. A cool area as well around the hotel with lots of restaurants and shopping. the hotel was good quality. Air circulation was in the hotel was not great, but they did provide a fan. Overall quite a good quality room for the price. Staff were helpful and friendly.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The hotel is situated at Xujiahui, a very convenient area with numerous dining options. Additionally, there is a nice restaurant located within the hotel premise. The hotel is clean and front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. I’d to return to this hotel.

Location is convenient with many F&B, and supermarket nearby. Room without window can be stuffy and very warm even if you turn off the central heating. No complain for the location and price.

It was very nice. The price is really really good. Hotel is totally normal. Nothing luxury, but everything in order. Rest of the hotels also have the same rooms, even smaller, but they charge more. So this is really ok. It's not perfect, but for this price in Shanghai it is good good. One thing, bring your own tooth brush and tooth paste, because the hotel doesn't give you those.
