Was a comfortable stay I really liked the room . The room was clean and the hallways were clean and smelled good , did not have that smoke stench that is in most hotels . The elevator doesn’t get to the 6th floor so you have to carry your luggage one floor up but otherwise good stay . The hotel is at an intersection so it might get a little loud but otherwise was a great stay and I would come back again

The hotel located about 700meters from Sining Metro Station. It is at a junction, so calling didi from there is also not convenient. The experience was quite unpleasant for me. Here’s why: 1. I ordered non-smoking room. I read the plague on the table saying non-smoking, but the whole room including the bed and sheets reeking with strong smoke smell. The entire hallway smells like smoke. 2. The room wasn’t very clean. Walking on a carpet that feels so dusty and unclean. Plus, I found some peels of eggshells that God knows how long it have been there! The room service did not clean it throughout my stay either. I discovered it at the beginning of my stay and it still there after my checkouts. 3. They said the bed is 2.4M wide, but really its just conjoined bed so you feel the joint gap when you sleep through it. 4. The room is not properly insulated that I hear the road noise clearly from my room. Also half of the window got blocked by some sort of store sign. 5. Amenities were minimum. They gave you toothbrush, two sets for 6days of my stays. They provide very thin one time use sandals. Towels and body soap is standard. 6. Only one receptionist speak broken English. Upon check in I gotta wait for 40 minutes because the room is not ready. My booking said can check in at 1pm, I arrived 1:45 and got the room almost 2:30. Other than that, the area is nice. You can visit sijing park by 25 minutes walking. The residential area nearby is just pretty. If you love canals and artificial river, you would enjoy walking around as I did. You are also in close proximity with business square in sijing that have kiosk selling food until midnight. If you decided to get a delivery instead, the hotel have a robot that will send food directly to your room.

1. Regarding the hygiene and safety issues that I care about most, this room meets the standards. After entering the room, we checked the bed and bathroom and found no abnormalities in hygiene; we turned off the lights to check whether there were any illegal recording devices or mirrors, but found no abnormalities. 2. The room service basically meets the needs of guests, and stools can be provided in a timely manner if needed for meetings. 3. If items are found left behind after guests check out, the hotel will promptly send a courier to help guests. 4. The shower head has a large amount of water, making bathing very comfortable. 5. The hotel has been in use for some time, and the furniture in the rooms is relatively outdated. The Deluxe King Room does not provide all the furniture shown in the website pictures, such as the lack of sofas and coffee tables.

**I noticed that the cherry blossoms were in bloom at Songjiang Chenshan Botanical Garden, so I specially picked a date to go there. I read reviews that their home is very close to the botanical garden, and the room looks good. Take the subway to Sijing Subway Station on Line 9. The front desk told you to exit from Exit 3 and walk 500 meters straight south, which takes about seven or eight minutes. The hotel is located in Cross Residence, which is particularly convenient. After arriving at the store, the front desk was very polite and polite. Because the weather was a bit hot, when I asked about mineral water at the front desk, they provided 2 bottles to take away for free, which was very warm and helpful. The room is also very clean, and the lobby feels quiet and clean. It was a very good trip without any surprises. Highly recommended.

Not one of the worst hotels in history 1. It is understandable that the hotel has no windows, but it is speechless without exhaust fans. After using the toilet, there is a strong smell, should I sleep with the door open? 2. very boring 3. It's really bad, the environmental sanitation is in a mess, there are hairs on the bathroom wall that haven't been cleaned, it's disgusting, I've never stayed in a hotel with such hygienic conditions. The room is also very small, there is a wall outside the window, which does not see through the light. The other room I booked was much bigger at the same price, which is really strange. Poor experience and highly not recommended.

Sanitation and facilities are quite satisfactory for a 3-star hotel. In terms of environment, the 3rd floor is a health care center. There will be shirtless tattooed men coming in and out at night; the key point is to complain about the service. I have lived in many hotels. As long as it is not too much, I will not give a bad review. This time I couldn’t stand it anymore. The deluxe double room I booked on Ctrip showed that diamond members can upgrade the room for free. Ctrip also gave the hotel confirmation. When I arrived at the hotel that day, the front desk staff said that the deluxe room cannot be upgraded, and the deluxe room can only be upgraded if you need a standard room. But when I booked with Ctrip, I saw clearly that the standard room was not upgraded, only the deluxe room can be upgraded. I also responded to the front desk, but the front desk insisted that only the standard room can be upgraded. I've done it before, if you admit that you made a mistake, I won't mess around, everyone makes mistakes, but if you make a mistake, you have to make a strong argument. Is it bullying the customer who doesn't understand? It doesn't matter whether the room can be upgraded, but with this kind of service attitude, I will definitely give a bad review!

衞生條件良好 :酒店整體衞生保持得很乾凈。畢竟是5/6年老店了,房間保持的還很不錯呢。早餐配備齊全 :儘管早餐比較簡單,但各類食物基本都有配備,能夠滿足基本需求。有地下停車場和地面停車場 面積都不是很大,如果來得較晚,可能會面臨沒有停車位的情況。
