This was a very disappointing stay. We arrived at the hotel in the middle of the night due to a delayed flight. The front desk staff was very unprofessional and seemed to have not received proper training.
The hotel facilities are old, and these are minor issues, but the hygiene is worrying. The floor mats are dirty, the tissue box is full of stains, and even the toilet mat (not the toilet) has urine stains. I wonder if it was cleaned after the previous guest checked out. I went to Southeast Asia and had no allergic reactions, but after using the towels in this room, both of us started to have obvious allergic symptoms.
Although the above issues are unpleasant, they are not the main reason for my anger. We were tired from the trip and hoped to have a good rest in the morning.
