Hotel counter staff and house keeping are very helpful and professional with their duties. Definitely will make this hotel my preferred stay in Shanghai.

the public area is very good, gym, laundry are quite essential and impeccable. However design of the room is not the best, imo.

The room is very spacious. The hotel is just next to a large shopping center so the food choice is great. The breakfast buffet is not expensive. The room is clean and the washing liquids are of Australian brand.

Terrible experience. The room smelt smoke and the manager told me it’s how wood smells in humidity??? Experienced other upsetting matters when leaving. Not recommended.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, next to the Mixc. The room is clean and hygienic, and the front desk service attitude is good. Seeing that we brought our children, they also helped to lay the sofa bed in the room. I am very satisfied

Address: The hotel is just behind the Mixc, a nice hotel in a quiet area. It takes only 3-5 minutes to walk to the Mixc. It is also close to the Seoul Night Market, about 8 minutes walk away. Service: The hotel staff provided great service, especially friendly and thoughtful, proactively greeting and responding to requests. I would like to give them a thumbs up😊 Facilities: The one-bedroom and one-living room in the hotel is really loved. The bedroom and the living room are independent, which feels great. The room is clean and hygienic, and the design is very good. I slept very comfortably for a night. Overall, it's a very good hotel. The lobby is full of design, the environment, service and facilities are all five-star. I will choose this place next time I travel.
