I expected a lot better, but for the price I guess its reasonable but I wouldn't say I'm satisfied. First, The hotel room I got had a part of the floor torn apart. Fortunately, after talking with the staff they agreed to provide me with another room. Also, in both rooms there was not much table space (even though there's a lot of space), to the point that the basket which they would usually provide the sandals in is located on the floor. The cleanliness of both hotel rooms and public spaces are also quite questionable (the lift once had a spill). All the cons out the way, the location is quite nice and the staff were nice too. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this hotel, but its still reasonable to book if you're looking for cheaper hotels.

房間設計合理，利用率高，工作人員服務態度好。增加了室外安全疏散通道樓梯很好，但到1、2層就被茂盛的樹枝遮擋住了，人員通過受阻，建議清理影響通行的樹木，確保安全樓梯通暢，人員能夠正常通行。

這次入住體驗極差，酒店的服務簡直讓人無法忍受！半夜多次被打擾，完全無視客人的休息需求，甚至態度惡劣，毫無專業性可言。
第一次是在晚上11點多，酒店打電話説我房間的煙霧報警器響了，問我是否在抽煙或燒熱水。我明確表示沒有抽煙，燒熱水也是20分鐘前的事，電話掛斷後我以為事情結束了。
結果到了12點多，我已經入睡，又被電話吵醒，重複問同樣的問題！我建議他們去查一下是不是酒店的系統出故障，同時為了避免再次被打擾，我拔掉了電話線。
沒想到，凌晨1點多，前台竟然直接來敲門，態度非常惡劣，完全沒有考慮到客人的休息需求，甚至連基本的禮貌都沒有！考慮到安全問題，我沒有開門，等了幾分鐘後我給前台回了電話，對方説因為報警器一直在響。我已經明確告知兩次沒有抽煙和燒熱水，為什麼酒店不信任客人？為什麼不先去排查系統問題，而是反覆打擾客人？這種服務態度和管理方式簡直令人憤怒！
不要求衞生多麼乾淨，服務多麼到位，連最基本的禮貌都沒有，你想想你在睡覺的時候一直來吵你，你有什麼感受？導致我今天一直沒有精神，該怎麼賠償？
説到衞生，馬桶坐墊上沒有清理乾淨，不知道什麼東西粘在上面，擦也擦不掉！
總之拉黑，不會再來住，也不推薦大家住！看到我這條評價的朋友就直接掉頭吧！
