Anda dapat pergi langsung dari Stasiun Kereta Api End/Park lot 10 ke hotel tetapi tidak ada pelat informasi. Hotel ini dekat dengan hotel Crown Plaza. Kami memiliki kamar seluas 45 meter persegi yang dilengkapi dengan sangat baik. Sarapan yang ditawarkan adalah sarapan Asia hingga Eropa. Segar dan berkualitas baik. Hotel ini tidak terlalu buruk di dalam.

Lokasi strategis dekat Bandara Hongqiao dan dapat ditempuh dengan berjalan kaki ke pusat perbelanjaan besar. Kamar sangat bersih dan staf terlatih.

The receptionist was nice and upgraded my room based on my request. I arrived quite late but found the room to be quite hot at 27 deg C even though I adjusted the air condition to 18.5. Later it was found that the room is at the far end so there is no way to lower the temperature. So I must change room at almost 2am after I have settle all my things at the previous one. The worst part is that I must wake up at 6am the next day so not much sleep that night. I think the hotel is running old and need upgrading to maintain the brand image. Overall the experience is not too bad.

This is our re-visit of the hotel. I don’t know why, but it just felt homey instantly (usually it will take me a night to get used to the room), it’s just comfortable with peaceful ambiance and soft lighting. The breakfast was amazing and it really helped to start our day in a pleasant way! We also had a pleasant interaction with the room-service robot who delivered bottle water to our room twice 😄 You just had to try it!!! too bad I couldn’t hug the robot 😄 I also like the Hotel’s good and combined use of technology and human service. I called from the room to ask for bottle water, and it was answered by a lady who said they will send a Robot to deliver. (In another hotel, I also made a call from the room with a small request, but it was an auto answer where you had to talk to a machine and dial the numbers when prompted, which often ended in frustration). Other than that, just one suggestion, I thought the quality of the toiletries and slippers provided could be better compared to the peer hotels, yea, especially for the slippers, they felt too synthetic compared to the slippers from the other two hotels I stayed at during this travel. Overall, great stay, pleasant experience and will revisit!

Modern and clean, right smacked beside Hongqiao Railway and airport. Could liven things up with more activities available…

Fantastic hotel Staff very helpful and friendly Room was top notch, clean, fresh and a great night's sleep. Would highly recommend and stay again
