Great location with reasonable price, good service provided by professional staffs, may stay here again

This is the first hotel which I stayed at for the trip. The hotel location is a bit far for the traveller only when they are leaving the hotel to walk to the metro station, but otherwise it is very convenient. There is a LanZhou noodles shop nearby for the muslim traveller, a family-themed mall on the other side of the road with a 24/7 Gym for the serious gym rat (pay a day pass fee, the gym is HK-based as far as I recall). On the way to the nearest metro station, there is also a web cafe and a night market with a supermarket nearby too. The specified metro station is also quite close to most of the tourist attractions in Shanghai. The hotel staff is pleasant and the room is clean. Air-conditioning has good strength and no odors. The sheets are clean and the mattress + pillows + blanket comfy. The curtains can be configured to block out the sunlight so you can sleep-in! For non-local travellers, they may have difficulty using the QR-code scanning functionality to contact the concierge. However, all basic amenities/toiletries are already neatly provided so this is not a problem at all. Their food served is healthy and good (I like their healthy porridge in particular). They also provide a gym (equipment for basic fitness) and good laundry services in case you need to get some clothes prepared for other days. If the table and couch in the hotel room itself is occupied by your other travellers, there is a lounge at the ground floor if you want to read or have some quiet time. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and will definitely come back here when I am visiting Shanghai again. (:

I researched a lot before choosing a hotel and was very nervous as I had read some horrendous reviews online about accommodation in China. Safe to say this hotel was super clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff were attentive from the moment we arrived and let us check in early. The cleaners were so hard working and kind. Our room was cleaned and reset daily. The breakfast was absolutely amazing and delicious, there were Chinese as well as a few western options and it would change daily. Everything was spotless, there is a huge mall right across the road, family mart and Lawsons just a few minutes away. We felt so safe and comfortable here. Something to be aware of is that in China people still smoke in the rooms even though it is not allowed. Some guests did this on our last two nights and our room smelt of smoke, we both developed coughs from it and couldn’t sleep. The hallway also smelt from the smoke. So extremely selfish, I don’t understand why it’s still so common for men to smoke so freely here. The staff offered for us to change rooms and apologised, we do not blame the hotel and the staff. It is a non smoking hotel. Overall the hotel was spotless, the beds and pillows were super comfortable, the staff were amazing and so helpful. I recommended this hotel, thank you for having us.

Spacious and clean room with excellent service from staff! The friendly staff was very patient with our language barrier and were extremely helpful. Highly recommend for tourists. Place is conveniently located as well. The room is very big and clean with a nice view.
