I love the design of this hotel. It feels very warm cozy. Something that’s relaxing and chill in a big busy city. Once you walk in you will see a very urban chill like garden and small pond. The staffs was very warm and welcoming and provided us with some drinks and fresh cut fruits to our hotel room. At night while walking in one of the staffs asked if we would like some complimentary red bean soup dessert. Overall I’m very satisfied and will definitely come back to this hotel for my next trip!

Very good service by staff, with delicious daily breakfast provided. Location is near Yu Garden (7.5 min walk) and The Bund (10min walk) with bus stops and metro nearby (10min walk). It's located within a residential area, thus not very convenient for late night snacks/walks. The room comes with a large balcony for a city view on the 3rd floor, but it faces a busy main road, vehicle noise is expected late into the night. Room amenities are slightly dated, but the warm service makes up for it.

We absolutely loved staying here. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable, clean. Daily breakfast was delicious and the staff were lovely and friendly. We also loved the Mei Mei cat. So lovely and loved a cuddle. We will stay here again when visiting Shanghai.

Very nice boutique hotel

Location wise is ok, about 10 minute walk to nearest metro. Cleanliness is ok as the cleaning staff did their best, but rather it is the design of the room that made certain areas very dirty. The amenities however, is nothing as advertised. The only good point is the attitude of the service staff and cleaners. Not worth 1000+ yuan a night, better off with a brand name hotel.

The balcony on the second floor and the yard on the first floor have a very interesting sense of space that echoes up and down. The style is industrial style plus log furniture. The classic combination can really transcend time. In general, it feels like a natural and quiet Yunnan B&B in the bustling urban area of ​​Shanghai. The disadvantage is that it is a little far from the subway and takes 15 minutes to walk Some places in the room are a little shabby The restaurant and coffee in the public area are not well managed The price has no advantage I am very curious about who the designer here is, and I really want to communicate

I booked Shanghai Yushe Impression Hotel (Yuyuan Bund Branch) on Ctrip, and the experience was great! The location is excellent, close to popular attractions such as Yuyuan and the Bund, and convenient for travel. The hotel has a unique decoration style, fashionable and warm, and I felt very comfortable as soon as I entered the room. The room was clean and tidy, the facilities were complete and new, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and I had a good sleep. The front desk staff was warm and thoughtful, checked in quickly, and also introduced the surrounding tours and food. This stay experience is perfect. The supporting facilities are complete and the whole house is smart. The boss is also very nice and considerate. The good impression has increased sharply and the breakfast is also very delicious 😋

The hotel service is really good. The front desk lady answered all questions. The breakfast auntie made was also delicious. We were in a hurry to go to the airport on the day we left, and the auntie packed us some food to eat on the way. The only pity is that our room on the third floor was too noisy. It was facing the road. We were woken up by cars on the road at 5 or 6 in the morning. It was relatively quiet at night, but staying for a few more days would really make you nervous. I asked to change rooms but they were all full. I hope the room will be better next time I come to Shanghai.
