酒店房間不錯 木質雪屋風格和雪世界風格結合起來很舒服 我們預訂了滑雪樓層 但是衹有孩子一個人滑雪 孩子衹能一個人去滑雪場 家長不能陪同 所以很遺憾 我們衹能一同去了娛雪區 既然是樂園酒店 就應該各方面考慮得更周全一些 尤其是對待小朋友 第二天的早餐更是令人食慾和心情爆減 除了排大長隊之外 服務員給你帶到沒有收拾的桌子前 就讓你帶着孩子去拿餐 繞了一大圈拿完餐回來 座位又被其他人佔用 然後就是帶着孩子在餐廳裏瞎轉 不知道轉了多少圈 問了多少人 才艱難地把我們母子倆安頓下來 真是無語 這還是洲際集團旗下的酒店？

第二次入住仍舊選擇的是雪竟套房，首先感謝這邊的賓客關係小馬，入住期間出現的問題都有積極響應。很能代表洲際的服務精神，但是雪場方面有很多問題出現，但是酒店員工的熱情周到以及此次自助餐食的質量提高 讓我們還是對酒店有信心的
1.雪場這邊我們房間的雪票可以借鑒一下阿爾卑斯的做法 我們既然是有自己的雪票 應該可以自己安排出給誰 一天出幾張 衹要不超過票數就可以 不應該規定我們一天兩張 我們3人入住 一天衹給出兩張 是很不合理的
2.閘機的系統很麻煩且失敗。我的家人第一次住在13樓的雪競套房，被卡住回無法正常進出已經很讓人生氣！這次依舊天天這樣！所以閘機是否可以更換，已保證客人正常進出呢？每次給出不同的理由唐塞也太不像話了
3.因為第一次入住時被雪場卡住沒法正常滑雪，所以作為補償我們房間的3天包含雪票不止6張，共有8張。本來衹需要給孩子買一張票，但因一天衹給出兩張票的規定，多的兩張就不給我孩子用 那我們就衹能浪費了，還得另外加購3張小童票。那多的票不給用就等同於忽悠客户。阿爾卑斯在酒店出票的地方是不會約束我們的 我們的票自己安排衹要不超過總數就可以，超出的才需要補票
4.在住期間我們的房間連着三天都會有莫名的臭味，經驗判斷是馬桶和下水排污管道有缺陷，更離譜的隔壁左右兩個房間居然都在維修電鑽和敲擊很吵鬧。
酒店和雪場運營時間不長，能理解，但是有些問題出現兩三次就不太能理解希望雪場那邊進行改進。這次因為小馬和他的經理jerry打了五星，如果別的客人沒有加他也沒有人跟進這些問題，差評肯定會蜂擁而至

酒店比想象中好很多，相比迪士尼酒店性價比確實高，裝修有質感，設計合理，大小合適，温度也適中，去耀雪非常近，工作人員也很熱情，除了遠一點其他沒毛病

五星的硬件 四星的服務 0星的管理
這家酒店除了專門來滑雪的，其他都不推薦入住，至於滑雪的部分，新手不友好，價格死貴，周圍全是東北老鐵開的雪具租售，來這滑雪的感覺就是恨不得把人吃了。
整體來説，酒店的管理層根本沒有能力應對節假日的大客流。
首先是入住部分，本來3點後入住就比其他酒店晚一小時，實際是四點都入住不了，我們甚至是第一間給了個問題房（窗口對着滑雪場，而且因為滑雪場大概率會用到氯鹽，所以整個房間都是化學的臭味，對身體也有傷害）然後第二間房直到吃完晚飯才拿到，前台給的理由是“一個樓層衹有一個清潔阿姨”，你敢信？所以人員配備問題需要客人來買單？
再來早上的早餐，出餐質量低下，煎蛋冷的、培根全是油、吐司機壞的、氣泡水全部都是空瓶子堆在一堆冰塊裏面沒人補充的，咖啡機起碼排隊10分鐘。餐廳門口隔5米遠就是酒店大門，然後排隊半小時時不時就是一整冷風吹進來，登記效率極低，守規矩的就慢慢等，臉皮厚的直接走進去，連登記都不需要。更離譜的是，好不容易進去了，你連餐盤都拿不到，理由是“餐盤不夠了，還沒洗出來”，自行體會吧，誰吃誰受罪。
近20年住過體感最差的酒店，沒有之一，根本不敢信這是洲際旗下的星級酒店。基層員工確實都很努力，態度也很好，但是也彌補不了無能管理層造成的混亂。

樓下就是滑雪場很方便，酒店很安靜，新開的酒店衞生很好，不提供一次性洗漱用品，需要的去大堂自取，滑雪去住住挺好的
