Good ambience, free laundry. However toothpaste not included and WiFi only can use China phone number.

The hotel is located in Shanghai Hongqiao Airport area therefore conveniently close to both Hongqiao Airport T1 and T2. The nearest Subway station is Metro Line N.10 (exit 1) with five minutes walking distance. Room is fully equipped, tidy and clean. Breakfast is also very good with a variety of choice of Chinese and Western styled dishes. Front desk staff was also very polite and helpful.

The hotel staff was really nice and helpful, the rooms are new and clean, and had all the amenities needed for our stay. The breakfast was delicious. It's located 100 m from exit 1 of the metro number 10. Great value for money.

Newly built and clean airport hotel that is close to T1. Stayed one night there due to my late arrival flight. Everything is good.

The hotel is clean and the staff are welcoming. The hotel located just opposite the train station, convenient store just next to the hotel. Overall, positive experience with the hotel.

The hotel offered free bottle drinks in the room but without bottle opener inside the room. Snack and mini-bar are just nothing. It is not the same as their advertisement in Trip.com.

Excellent experience. Good breakfast. Free minibar, which i felt was very generous, especially with that delicious german wheat beer. The gym wasn‘t bad either and of course the free to use washing machine. All in all Great Hotel with nice and helpful hotel staff.

All the Front desk staff & Security guard very friendly and helpful. Housekeeper at the 5th floor very friendly and polite, the room clean and tidy. Breakfast is superb, Chinese and western style. Noodle bar and fresh egg station is good. Very comfortable room, well design. There is a welcome drink and snack near the reception counter. Overall stay is EXCELLENT.

Nice and neat business hotel, but unfortunately, receptionists were not really able to speak English, but kind and helpful. Very convenient location to travel from Terminal 1, just 500 m.

The location is very close to Hongqiao Airport T1, which is super convenient for traveller. Great customer service, especially the housekeeping ladies. Tons of amenities inside the hotel, including the gym, the laundry room, and free breakfast. Price is reasonable. High recommended.
