Very new and clean Hotel, stuff very friendly. Location is not really nice, it’s nothing, really nothing nearby. For short business trip ok.

Business trips are most afraid of old facilities, but this hotel refreshed my perception of "mid-range hotels"! The front desk lady can remember my favorites and prepare latex pillows in the room in advance. The guest room desk is spacious with an eye protection lamp, and the sockets are reasonably distributed. When I came back from going out at noon, the room had been cleaned and the wrinkles of the sheets were ironed neatly. The front desk can also print for free. After printing, the front desk packed it and sent it to the room. It was so considerate. The business trip party said that they wanted to stay here!

My parents said it was more comfortable than at home. I especially liked the 24-hour self-service laundry room, so I didn't have to worry about the children getting their clothes dirty. The service, hygiene, and facilities were all online, and my whole family praised me for my ability to book a room!

When I opened the blackout curtains at night, the soundproofing effect was excellent and I slept until dawn. The room is relatively clean and the price is quite reasonable. This is my second stay. I feel that there are two aspects that can be improved. 1. Do not use the room card to swipe the laundry room on the third floor. Those who have not checked in cannot go to the third floor. The embarrassment of swiping the card is that if two people live in one room and you want to wash clothes, the hotel only gives you one room card, which is inconvenient. 2. The breakfast is not updated in time. Several times I went there, it was empty, especially the watermelon. There were a few pieces left on the plate at the end. I couldn't eat it. I called the service staff, and the service staff said there was more.

Before checking out, I found that the balcony glass was broken, so I took photos. There was no refrigerator in the room. I called the front desk to ask about the refrigerator, and they said: It's gone. How come your refrigerator is a scarce resource? There were no bath towels either. This is the first time I've stayed in such a bad Hilton. There are no basic facilities. I really can't understand. Are they so poor?
