The staff are fantastic, as is the location. It’s a short walk to subway lines 1, 3, 4 and  a few minutes further to line 13, as well as Shanghai train station and bus station. There’s an Aldi and a shopping centre about a 15 minute walk away, along with a nice park. There’s lots of restaurants around and also McDonald’s, KFC and Starbucks. I was disappointed to see that I booked a premium room (the most expensive room), but I only had a frosted glass window facing a small ventilation shaft on the multiple occasions I stayed here. Some standard rooms have a street-facing window it seems. It can be a little noisy but is tolerable. I’d stay here again. Thanks to the staff for all being wonderful and making me feel at home.

Room smelled a bit like smoke. For the rest it's decent for what you pay, so I am not being critical:-)

Located in a traditional Shanghai longtang neighborhood, the hotel is accessed by either of 2 lanes off of the main roads. The manager and the staff all provided top service, and assisted me with any questions or issues that I might have. The attendant or fuyuan was very attentive with cleaning and the stocking of supplies. Small room, but with everything that you would need; TV, desk, wifi, of course bed, and so forth. Location is only maybe 8 minutes from the Bund and 5 minutes from Shanghai Grandmother's restaurant. Small market store over on Guandong Rd. Price was very reasonable, and overall it was a very positive experience. I plan to stay again, in the future !!

The room is very clean. However, you can tell that other guest has been smoking in the room as you can smell smoke once you walk into the room.  The room was relatively dark because we chose the one with no windows, so just be mindful if you are booking your stay. 

Lujiazui is a place with high land prices. The location is good. Business travel focuses on convenience. The facilities are a bit old, but the service is OK. It is suitable for business travel and sightseeing nearby.

The hotel is located in Pudong, a bit far from the heart of Shanghai, but it’s good anyway. The room is nice(unfortunately forgot take a pictures before jumping on the bed🤣). The staff’s friendliest and loveliest people I’ve ever met. The breakfast is what I recommend to include, it’s fresh and decent food, and also chance for you to try local Chinese dishes and side-dishes. The only thing I didn’t feel okay about was smoking smell from neighbors who smoked like a lot. In the main desk you need to use translator to deliver your point if you don’t speak Chinese. However, the stay was comfortable

I recently went out and stayed in a great hotel, and I must share my experience with you! As soon as you enter the hotel, you can feel that the lobby is spacious and bright, and the decoration style is simple yet elegant. The front desk staff was warm and friendly. The check-in procedure was very quick. They also introduced the hotel facilities and the surrounding fun places to me, which made me look forward to the next journey. The room I booked was clean and tidy, and the layout was warm and comfortable. The bed is soft and clean, and the quality of the bedding is also very good. I slept very well and had no trouble getting used to the bed at all. The room is well soundproofed and very quiet at night, allowing me to have a good rest. Moreover, the facilities in the room are complete, and the TV, air conditioning, kettle, etc. can all be used normally. The bathroom is also very clean, and the quality of toiletries is also very good and very comfortable to use.

This hotel is perfect for a weekend stay in the city. It is close to many food options within walking distance. The hotel is nice and clean. The service is good, although the price doesn't include breakfast.

Shanghai World Expo Tangqiao Subway Station Hotel is strategically located in the downtown business district, with many subway lines and bus lines around it, making travel very convenient. The hotel is only a 5-minute walk from the nearest subway station, which is very convenient for business travel and sightseeing. The hotel has modern facilities, elegant interior decoration and complete facilities. The deluxe king room we stayed in was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the sleep quality was high. The air conditioning and hot water systems in the room worked well, providing a good accommodation environment. The hotel also provides a 24-hour self-service laundry and drying machine, which is free for guests. In terms of service, the front desk reception was warm and professional, and the check-in and check-out procedures were efficient. The hotel's service staff was friendly and responsive, and they were able to meet our needs in a timely manner. The hotel provides a rich variety of breakfasts, including a variety of Chinese and Western choices, with fresh ingredients and satisfactory taste. The restaurant environment is clean, the service staff has a good attitude, and the cleaning of the rooms and public areas is done very well. There is a special person responsible for cleaning every day, and the bed sheets and bath towels are replaced in time, and the bathroom is clean and odor-free. Considering the hotel's geographical location, room facilities and service level, I think the price is reasonable and cost-effective. Although the price has increased during the peak tourist season, considering the overall experience, it still feels good value for money.
