Great location. Hotel clean. Staff very friendly. However we booked a superior room which was advertised by ******* as one double and two single beds. Travelling with a friend so wanted the space.
Our room did not resemble the photos for a superior room at all. Only a small window. We raised this but the only superior room available was with one double bed which was not suitable for us. We also had to chase the complimentary mini bar, robe and slippers. All a bit of a hassle unfortunately.
We could not request any cost reduction as we had paid *******!!

Staff was top-notch. Friendly, helpful, respectful. Our room was modern, relatively spacious, and very clean.
We did have a room facing the street so there was noise from vehicles and late-night partiers. I would recommend those with mobility issues to not stay there as the hotel has some design flaws with some awkward steps and other obstacles that could be challenging.

The area is conveniently situated to all the major attractions. We especially enjoyed the rooftop patio for a drink at the end of the evening. The staff were friendly and very helpful.
