Hotel ni bagus untuk bawa anak2 sebab friendly kids sangat recommend tuk family yang ada anak

I can see an improvement from my last visit in 2016. The room has been upgraded and the bathroom is new. I like my stay, its quiet and peaceful. Plenty of parking space available. They can make it even batter if they spray the carpet and makes the room smells better. Thank you Klana Resirt

Balcony dirty Shower stagnant water for almost 5 minutes after taking shower Should put a fragrance in the room because it smells

Bad customer service. Bad house keeping. Bad cleanliness .. room carpet very dirty & sticky not even dare to step on it without shoe..also no provide room slipper. Car park not bright at all (outdoor) .. didn’t saw any security on duty(entrance & exit not security also). Never ever tries any 4 star rating hotel like this. Unbelievable!!

Clean, easy to access, travelling for business.

The single bed is good can accomodate 2 person , aircond not cold even adjusted, carpet so look old and seem dusty, smelly pillows and need to buy febrezze to spray.

Nice location, quietly from town. Big rooms. Early check-in no charges.

It is nice for stay just away for awhile from the busy city. Nearby with the Lake of Seremban and also Masjid Negeri

Room was ok.. the view was awesome.. unfortunately there was very strong smoke odour in the room. The telephone cannot even function well..

Love the location, very near to seremban getaway,. but only thing that make i cant give all rated excellent is because the tv channel is very limited and not have good signal, they dont have cartoon channel so no channel for my daughter to watch . not a place for staycation , but for a stay to rest a night is ok
