Overall the hotel is okay, old building.. Moved rooms twice, and both times there was a problem with one of the room's light switches. The location is strategic in the center of Serang, breakfast also has many choices and is delicious. Friendly service. It's also a shame the room is not soundproof. The sound of the guests next door chatting can be heard clearly. Moreover, this is located on the side of the highway, the sound of passing vehicles is very noisy. This is the first time I've stayed in a hotel and couldn't sleep because of the noise and the sound of passing vehicles.

Special thanks to the staff named Mas Afa who greeted my husband and I very kindly, politely gave a welcome cake in the room and helped me and my husband in a number of problems. Kereeen mas Afa! Thank you also to Mr. Dede who delivered it to the front door of the lobby. The breakfast here is really delicious and complete. The entire staff is friendly and attentive. The bedroom is very comfortable clean cold airy facing the swimming pool near the elevator. The bathroom is also large, clean, has a fast shower and warm water function. Anyway, if you go to Serang again, you will definitely sleep here again.
